Chapter 11: Love

"What's your parents like?" Miah asks Jungkook as she snuggles under the blanket beside him with her head on his chest and his arms wrapped around her. They decided to rest on the RV's rooftop while gazing at the stars, keeping each other warm on a chilly night.

"They're the kindest people I know. They're very supportive of everything I do and they always put me first no matter how busy they get." Jungkook  speaks fondly of his parents making Miah miss hers.

"Well I'm happy that you're one of the few lucky people on the planet. I used to be one but I guess not anymore." Miah says in a whisper.

"Do you remember your mom and dad?" Jungkook almost regretting to ask when Miah suddenly fell silent before answering.

"Everyday. I just regret not having more memories of them, you know?" Miah whispers.

Jungkook tightened his hug pulling Miah closer to him to kiss her forehead. "I'm sorry for asking angel."

Miah clings on to Jungkook like a kid. He makes her feel safe and that's all she needed for now. Whenever Jungkook hugs her she just melts on the spot, his warmth is all she needs to make her feel better.

"I want our home to have a pool and a big playground for our kids. I want a theater room and a gaming room. I'd love for us to have 5 kids, 2 girls and 3 boys." Jungkook says looking at the stars.

"Five kids?" Miah lifts her head to look at Jungkook.

"Yup, the 2 girls should look like you so they're the prettiest in school just like their mom and the boys should be as strong as me so they can protect their sisters from bad guys."

"Isn't five too much?" Miah asks Jungkook.

"Angel, I thought you love babies?" Jungkook looks at Miah lifting her chin with a finger to see her eye to eye.

"Well I do love babies but I don't want them coming out of me 5 times." She says pouting her lips.

"Then we'll have twins or triplets so you'll just give birth twice." He says with a ridiculous smile.

"Easy for you to say!" Miah rolls her eyes on Jungkook and he didn't let it pass. He scoops her from the side lifting Miah to have her face him as she lies on top of Jungkook.

"What did I say about the next time you roll your eyes on me?" Jungkook warns Miah.

"You're imagining things I just looked up Kookie." Miah smiles at him with her fluttering lashes.

Jungkook smirks but deep inside his heart melts. Miah is the only person who can win him over with just a smile. He wraps his arms around her waist while Miah gets comfortable lying on his chest.

Jungkook gives Miah one last peck on the head. "Let's get down before we both freeze up here."

"Hmm..." Miah hums in reply.

"Angel let's go, we still need to catch the sunrise later." Jungkook pleads.

"Hmm..." was all Miah says.

"Angel, are you getting up or do you want me to wake your senses?" Jungkook teases.

"I'm okay... let's go." Miah suddenly gets off him and starts folding the blanket. 

Few minutes later, they were in the RV comfortably resting in their respective beds. Miah got the rear bed while Jungkook was by the dining area's collapsible bed.
