Chapter 29: Cherish

🚀 Four years flew by 🚀

MIAH's 💭:
"After celebrating 4 anniversaries, 8 birthdays, 4 valentine's and 4 Christmas vacations together in the US, Seoul and Paris (alternately), Jungkook and I have reached that point in a relationship when everything seems to fall into place."

"Of course we had some issues along the way mostly due to the time difference. What's great about having Jungkook as my fiancé is that he never lets the day pass without patching things up. Regardless of what was said or felt, we resolved every issue before it got worse."

"What's good about being engaged is that most people respect your status and back away when they find out so we didn't have much problems involving third parties. Jungkook is probably the most loyal guy I've ever met and I'm so lucky that he can hold out."

"Well one of my greatest fears of maintaining a long distance relationship back then was not being able to give him the physical connection he needs, the intimacy. You know what? We found different ways and made them work."

"Technology is by far the most important thing that ever happened to us. I also love it when we see each other and how the longing for each others' physical touch made everything more special."

JUNGKOOK'S 💭:
"I can't believe 4 years went by so fast. I used to be so pessimistic about studying in the US, nitpicking at anything just to have an excuse of going back to Seoul and be with Miah. But Miah was so amazing at keeping me sane."

"She would give me a wakeup call everyday, reminding me of my schedule and projects I had to finish. She was my walking organizer. She knew my schedule better than I did. I wouldn't have survived the university without her."

"Of course I missed her too much especially our intimate moments together. I'm not gonna lie but I miss having her in my arms, in my bed and everything else in between."

"What's great about having Miah as a fiancé is that she's never afraid to explore. We got the satisfaction of both worlds, real and virtual. We experienced things we never even thought of before and somehow these innovative ways added spice to our relationship."

"It's safe to say that no one else is hotter in my eyes than my angel. I mean come on, my angel on the big screen in her lingerie was enough to get me off but she was more creative than that but those things are for me and me alone."

"I now pronounce you husband and wife... you may now kiss your bride."  The priest gestures over to Miah.

Jungkook lifts the white tool over Miah's head revealing her petite face. He looks at her for the first time in 24 hours. He's taken by her natural beauty and charm.

Those sparkling brown eyes, sculpted nose, soft cheekbones, smooth cheeks, finely angled jaw and those lips that he loves to kiss ever so gently... roughly at times... but only when she likes, never without her consent.

Now he's about to kiss those lips... the lips of his wife. The only lips he will cherish for the rest of his life. Jungkook tilts Miah's head to meet his as he leans forward. He traps them in his own, wraps his arms around her tiny waist and pulls her closer.

Jungkook releases her lips and whispers into her ear. "You just made me the happiest man in the world. I love you Mrs. Jeon."

Miah hugs her husband and whispers back. "I will cherish you forever, until my last breath, I love you so much my one and only husband."

The couple was ushered from their helicopter ride directly to their private cottage. It was an exclusive island for couples who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Jungkook's parents made this happen and even teased the couple a lot in giving them tons of grand children.

"The water looks great." Miah whispers.

"You want to take a quick dip?" Jungkook asks while hugging Miah from behind.

"I know that tone Kookie..." Miah giggles knowing her husband too well.

"Come on angel, no one else is here. This is the best time to tick that off your bucket list. I won't even look, I promise." Jungkook says slyly.

"Kookie..." Miah purrs. She faces him, gives him a quick peck on the lips and backs up a few steps. "Since this is our fist night as a married couple... I want you to see me."

Miah begins to peel off her dress ever so slowly then moves closer to Jungkook in her lingerie. "Help me get these off?" She turns her back to him and Jungkook unhooks her bra and slips her bikini away.

Miah faces him and helped remove his clothes. She looked so fierce as she slides her finger under Jungkook's boxers, kneels in front of him and pulls it off, not taking her eyes off him.

Jungkook almost lost it, seeing his naked wife is so hot but seeing her being bold is much much hotter. They went out to the sea just below their cottage and stayed there for a few minutes before Jungkook finally scooped Miah in his arms to take her back inside.

Jungkook was patiently waiting for Miah in bed. Miah steps out of the shower in her robe with her hair neatly dried. She smelled of peaches and strawberry that Jungkook loves.

"Hey..." Miah walks to her husband slowly, keeping something from him behind her back. "I have something for you Kookie."

Jungkook pulls Miah closer as he sat on the edge of the bed. He untangles the robe's fabric waistband slightly revealing Miah's lace lingerie underneath. He kisses her tummy trying to tease her.

"Don't you want to see my gift?" She asks.

"I think I just unwrapped it angel..." Jungkook says as he continuously plants kisses on Miah's tummy.

"It's something better than what you just unwrapped Kookie... Believe me you wouldn't want to delay unwrapping this one." Miah says as she hands her husband a small box.

"Hmmm... what could be better than my angel?" He asks curiously. He pulls Miah to sit on his lap and opens the box revealing a rolled piece of paper.

Jingkook unties the pink ribbon before he unrolls the paper. He wasn't sure but he knew what an ultrasound paper looked like. Then it hit him when Miah pulled his hand to placed it over her tummy.

"You just kissed our baby bunny." She said with a glow in her eyes.

Jungkook looks back at the paper and fell speechless. Miah gives her husband time to let the news sink in. He then bursts into tears and plants more kisses on Miah's tummy. He hugs his angel tightly.

"Thank you angel, this is the best gift I've ever received. I love you, I love our baby.. so much." He stutters between sobs.

Miah wraps her arms around Jungkook letting him feel her genuine love. "We love you too daddy..."
