Ch.14 -The Silver Eagles?

I layed on my bed after Yami, Asta and Finral went to the capital. I had bandages on my body and not much stamina to heal myself. 

I was just there laying in bed, looking at a very peaceful sight.

The trees out my window as well as the birds that sang their song. 

After 15 minutes of soaking in the natural things, there was a knock at my door. Getting up, I opened it.

Y/n: " I'm coming. Oh? Luck? What's up?"
Luck: " Nothing Y/n. I just wanted to check up on you since your boyfriend and best friend isn't here to do so."
Y/n: "Well come on in. I don't mind having some company up in here."

Luck entered my room and planked himself on the bed as I layed back down. We sat there talking about anything that came to mind. 

I also had other visitors. Like Charmey and Gauche. As well as the cute blue headed Grey. 

No one ever suspected her being a girl with that big man that she had used to hide herself.  

Luck and I talked till late evening when captin and the others arrived. It wasn't much of a breath taking surprise, but it was. 

Captain had bought the entire squad... Meat. 

I was so excited that I forgot about my body's injuries all together and began attaching before Charmey. 

Then... Yami got our attention and told us all something shocking.

Yami: "People, listen."
Finral: "What is it, Yami ?"
Yami: "Julius has requested for Y/n to join the Silver Eagles."
Y/n: "What? Captain you agreed?"
Yami: "It wasn't my call brownie."
Noelle: " When would she back? N-not like I care or anything."
Yami: " She won't be coming back"

I was being told to leave the only place I called home. To go with a bunch of stock up royals and nobles. 

I stood there as everyone tried to defend me in some way. I saw Asta on the brink of tears. I didn't want to hurt anyone else and I didn't want my chance at getting higher to be lost. 

So I plucked up the courage to tell them my decision.

y/n: "Everyone... I don't want to do this just as much as you don't want me to leave, but I can't let this chance to go to waste. So I'll take it. It's going to be difficult from walking away from this home. But if anything has to happen I will always be the one to lend a hand. And I'll always visit"

Everyone was looking at me in shock that I agreed to go. Honestly I was scared. 

I didn't want to leave but I wanted to take the opportunity. As they say, opportunity is like a bawled headed Chinese man. 

I looked over to Finral who looked like he was about to brake down in tears. I walked over to him and held his hand to ensure him that everything was going to be just fine. 

Asta got up and left then Finral told us something.

My best friend wasn't going to be able to use a sword again... And I was leaving the next day. I didn't know what to think. So I left to my room. 

I sat there not even bothering to put on the lights. I just sat on the floor, in complete darkness. I didn't feel like facing anyone, but I wanted to be strong. I stayed there and cried. 

If someone was siting in my room with me, my skin would have been glowing from the moon light. But I was alone. And sad. 

I think I fell asleep there, because by the time I woke up, it was already morning and the sun was shining in my face. Making me look sun-kissed.

y/n: "This is the day..... The day I leave this hideout for good..."

I was already crying last night because of Asta, now its because of everyone. As I walked out my room, with my bag of my belongings, I saw one of Fin's portals. I walked in smiling to myself. 

It led to the common room. There every one was there. Including the captin of the Eagles. Yami was sitting in his chair, whiles everyone stood up looking at me. Everyone except Asta.

Y/n: " Where's Asta?"
Luck: " He's still sleeping."
Y/n: " Fin?"
Finral: "Fine, fine.."

I walked in the portal Finral created to in frount of Asta's door. I didn't bother knocking, I just opened it. Thank God he was still sleeping, or else it would have been really embarrassing. 

I sat on his bed in the silence. Only being broken by his little snores. I started to talk to myself. But out loud.

Y/n: " This might be our last time talking as familly. I guess I'll see you on the field. I always think of you as my little brother. You and Yuno. But you are the most energetic and most trying. I hope you find a way to cure your arms. You have to become the wizard king. For my sake too. I love you. I promice to write to you every day and i will stop by anytime I'm near."

I got up to leave the room, with tears falling again. Looking back I noticed how he looked. 

Like if he was crying. I couldn't bear it any more. I ran back to his side and pulled him into a hug. I cried into his cheast like a baby. 

I didn't mean to.... I just wanted him to be able to make his dream come through. His arms snaked around mine as I sobbed. Tears fell on my head and i knew that it was my fault for his tears.

I was a wreak when I decided to finally leave. Leaving his room and walking back to the common room. Back to the rest of my friends. 

I said my good byes and left with the Captin. It was harder on Finral and I because I told him we'd never be apart. 

And here we are, parting ways. I love them all differently, just not as much as I love Fin.

As we left on Nozel's silver bird thingy, the ride was quite and long. I didn't feel like talking, but only when I needed to. We passed over my favorite town, Neon. 

That place has a really cute girl with her siblings running a café. She has a crush on Asta. I went with him once to the place. It was amazing. 

The little café was cozy and the food she and her siblings made together was to die for.

Nozel asked me if I wanted something and I denied. I just wanted to be home. 

I took out my broom and began flying next to the royal, but I wasn't standing, or sitting. 

I was laying on my broom. This kind of made him seamed annoyed.

Nozel: "Y/n stop doing that."
Y/n: "Why? Are you scared that I might fall, old man?"
noel: "Who are you calling 'old'? I'm 29."
Y/n: "Still old."

Before long of calling the royal names, we arrived at the Silver Eagles hideout. It was much more fancier than I thought. 

Pearls on every post. Silver staircases leading to bedrooms and such. It was breath taking how it looked. 

I started to question myself of why I didn't join this squad when I had the chance. It was time to met the rest of my fellow squamates and trust me i didn't was to.
