Just One Of Those Days

After an hour and a little bit,we'd finished unpacking everything. I sat on the couch.

Marcus: "Phew! That was tiring,eh?"

Rosie: "Yeah."

We stared into each other's eyes. Her brown eyes were gorgeous. Then,we kissed.

Marcus: "I love you,Rosie."

Rosie: "I love you too,Marc."

*Y/N Pov

We were taking a little jog around the island in our tank tops,sweatpants and sneakers. I finally brought a water bottle this time,remembering the coffee powder incident.

Y/N: 'What a time.'

Isabelle started panting.

Isabelle: "Whoo!"

Y/N: "There's a bench over there. We can take a break."

Isabelle: "What? I don't need a break,you do!"

I smiled and raised an eyebrow. She giggled.

Isabelle: "Yeah,you're right. I need a break."

We sat down for a few minutes and drank some water.

Y/N: "Better now,Izzy?"

She gulped some water.

Isabelle: "Yeah."

Y/N: "Sweet. Race ya home!"

I took off.

Isabelle: "Hey!"

She quickly closed the cap on her water bottle and ran after me.

*Y/N & Isabelle's home

We got home and took our sneakers off.

Y/N: "Ha! I beat you this time."

Isabelle: "Not fairrrr... you had a head start..."

I put on a smug smile.

Y/N: "Fine..."

I kissed her on the forehead.

Isabelle: "Alright,I'm gonna go take a shower now. Wanna join?"

I felt my face turn red.

Y/N: "Uh... sure?"

Isabelle: "C'mon then,ya big dumbass."

Y/N: "O-ok."

*Small time skip

We dried ourselves and were now bundled up in blankets on the couch,watching Lily and Michael's "It Takes Two,Episode 5." Never gets old,still nearly dying from laughter.

Y/N: "Holy shit,he killed it!"

Isabelle: "Yeah!"

*Small time skip

Michael: "Motherfucker!"

Isabelle: "Pfffffft!_

Y/N: "Best reaction ever."

The episode ended after a while. It was two hours away from bedtime.

Isabelle: "I'm kinda hungry."

Y/N: "Pancakes?"

Isabelle: "Sure!"

I headed to the kitchen and grabbed some pancake mix,added the ingredients and went to cookin'. A few minutes later,two plates of pancakes were on the table,the one I bought for the suprise date between Rosie and Marcus. I called Isabelle over.

Y/N: "Izzy,pancakes are done!"

Isabelle: "Coming!"

*Small time skip

We finished eating,then we got back on the couch. An hour later,near nighttime,Isabelle yawned and rubbed her eye,half-awake.

Y/N: "Want me to carry you to bed?"

Isabelle: "Mm-hmm."

She opened her arms up and I carried her to bed,legs wrapped around me. I set her down,I ran my fingers through her hair.

Y/N: "Good night,Izzy. I love you."
