Isabelle: "Hey Blathers,we got something for ya!"

He turned around.

Blathers: "Well,if it isn't Isabelle. How have you been?"

Isabelle: "Fine,how about you?"

Blathers: "Hoo hoo! I have been doing my very best!"

He then looked over to Y/N.

Blathers: "And who might this fine fellow be?"

Y/N: "Oh,sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. I'm actually the new mayor of Bellsworth,Y/N."

He said with a smile.

Blathers: "Oh goodness me! Where are my manners? Welcome to Bellsworth,mayor. What might you two be here for,may I ask?"

Isabelle: "Oh! I nearly forgot. We actually needed your help identifying a fossil we found."

Blathers: "Hoo hoo. I'd be most happy to."

I hand the fossil to him. He inspected it for a while before looking up.

Blathers: "Why,this is quite the extraordinary find! It's a Deinony tail!"

Y/N turned to me.

Y/N: "What do you think we should do with it?"

He asked in a low whisper.

Isabelle: "Hmmm..."

I thought for a bit.

Isabelle: "I say we give it to Blathers."

I said,smiling. He started smiling as well and laughed a little.

Y/N: "I say that's a great idea!"

I giggled.

Isabelle: "Hey,Blathers."

Blathers: "Hm?"

Isabelle: "We wanted to donate this."

Blathers: "You're... donating the Deinony tail?"

I nodded,Y/N following.

Blathers: "I'm very glad to accept your donation. You have my thanks. Hoo,if only we had the other pieces. This fine creature would be complete."

Isabelle: "Me too."

Blathers: "Anyhoo,I still have to thank you two for bringing in this extraordinary finding."

Y/N & Isabelle: "You're welcome."

We turned to each other. We all laughed for a bit before saying our goodbyes and started our walk to Resident Services. As expected,no one came in the end. So we're glad we left for the day. I grabbed my stuff. I had already packed before going out with Y/N. Then,we made our way to Y/N's place.

I set the boxes down one by one. I let out a small sigh of relief.

Y/N: 'Jeez,she has a lot of stuff.'

Isabelle also sighed behind me,followed by a pat on the back.

Isabelle: "Tired?"

Y/N: "Yeah,a little."

Isabelle: "You go sit on the couch. I'll make us some coffee."

Y/N: "Ok."

She leaves for the kitchen,coming back with two coffees.

Isabelle: "Here."

Y/N: "Thanks."

Isabelle: "I should be thanking you. I would've never moved all that by myself."

I took a small sip.

Y/N: "Well I probably wouldn't have done it without your help either."

Isabelle: "I only helped a little bit."

Y/N: "It helped a lot for me."

I could see her blushing a bit. She started rubbing the back of her head.

Isabelle: "Thanks..."

I looked at my watch.

Y/N: "Well,it's getting late. We have the day off tomorrow,right?

Isabelle: "mmm hmm."

Y/N: "I'm gonna go to sleep now. I've got plans for tomorrow."

Isabelle: "Alright."

She finished her coffee and we both went to sleep.

Y/N: 'I really need to get a second bed.'
