The sound of clashing of blades echoed, labored breathing could be heard.

"urk" he grunted,

"ohohoho~  thats the fighting spirit buddy~" he cooed "Lets see who wins this time..." The fighting resumed.

You stood victorious above childe's defeated body, wiping the blood from the corner of your mouth,

"12 wins-0 losses" you panted 

"Bravo comrade! Never cease to impress me, I, Tartaglia will defeat you once in my life!" Childe exclaimed.

"What is this, an on-the-spot thought-up marriage proposal? Are you sure you're even going to defeat me once?" You retorted back

The harbinger remained silent.

"Now if you will excuse me, I have commissions to do," you and exited the golden house,

"Danm y/n, you know how to make me fall for you" childe whispered, covering his mouth to hide his flustered face from morax's fake corpse like it was watching him.

You arrived in liyue harbour after fighting the harbinger, you still had to complete your commissions.

While you were passing by third-round knockout, you saw a group of young females being harassed by a group of old drunk men,

"Why don't we go today to my place? We will have lots of fun..." One man said,

"We will treat you well and take only one thing from you~~" the other old man retorted

"Oi! don't tell them!" One person shouted in a hushed tone,

But even though the young girls were naive, they weren't stupid.

"dont come any close, stay away please"

The by-standers just passed by without paying heed.

Before any one of those old perverts could put a hand on them, you stepped in.

"Hello, miss! I have been looking for you! The lady at Mingxing jewelry shop correct? she has been asking if you would like to buy the jewelry you had ordered" you said, creating distance between the drunk idiots and the naive girls.

"Y-yes! we h-have!" the girls replied, knowing to follow your lead, they knew you were trying to help them.

"very well then lets get going!" you said leading them away from the scene,

suddenly one o the drunkards caught your wrist,

"I didn't say for you to take them did I huh? Trying to be a hero?" The man said in an angry and somewhat mocking tone,

"..."

"off..."

"WHAT? SPEAK UP LITTLE WIMP" the man screeched, attracting the attention of the passing crowd.

"Get your hands off me of face consequences..."

you growled

"last chance" you warned the men in a menacing tone,

"OH SO YOU WANNA GO? COME ON WIMPY ASSHOLE DO IT"

                        

 That was enough

You pulled the man's hand and cracked his elbow, he fell to the ground wincing in pain, his buddy lunges at you in an attempt to push you to the ground, to which you dodge with ease, which makes him fall. Then you sweep his knees and place your knee at his throat, limiting his supply of air, and you pointed a lance made out ice at the remaining person. getting up you faced the now beaten-up men, 

"scram" you said, with the quick shuffling of feet they were gone.

"Um sir, may you tell me your name?" one of the girls asked.

"Y/n" you responded.

"so mr. y/n, will you accept my confession!" the girl squeaked.

your face was a mixture of shock and disgust.

"sorry girlie, he's already taken by me" a familiar smug voice answered.

before you knew you were being held in bridal style

"so buddy shall we get going?" the ginger man asked,

you were too flustered to respond. 

"I'll take that as a yes then"

Before you knew you had been laid on the bed of Childe's room. You sat still, still trying to process what had happened. 

Childe went into the bath and came out soon after with a robe on his body, revealing his toned body.

You quickly looked away,

Childe slowly approached you and put his hands on you cornering you down to the bed, 

"You know, I got reaaaly jealous, you with another person? the thought of that just....." Childe trailed off,

Childe, Jealous?  You thought,

Before you knew you pecked his lips,

"There you go..." you replied shyly trying to avoid eye contact,

Childe looked somewhat satisfied,

"Oh buddy, I don't think you will be sleeping tonight..." His face inched closer towards you
