Chapter 20 Fullproof

This vacation is finally going as planned. I lost my job a few months ago and money has been real tight. Emily and I needed to find a way to get income fast. She was already four months pregnant with our 3rd child. We had no savings left because we spent most of the money on fines for Anissa as well as a lawyer.

Anissa has cost me thousands of dollars. Emily and I have gone through so much shit because of Anissa and now she is living the great life with her rich daddy, while my family is suffering because of her. Sally has to hear how Anissa gets new phones, computers, iPads, clothes, or anything the little brat wants. Emily and I got Batista involved to help control the little shit, not to take over and act like he is the greatest man in the world, while we are lousy parents.

In court Batista insulted our parenting and caused Emily to loose custody of Anissa. Emily has been wanting her daughter back since day one. I for one could careless if Anissa stays with her father, but it is hurting Emily.

We discussed every possible way to win back custody with our lawyer. Our lawyer thinks it's almost impossible to win Anissa back with all the improvements she has made, while living with Dave. I think batista just buys anything Anissa wants to keep her happy, which isn't really changing her behavior at all. The lawyer said as long as Anissa wants to stay with Batista, and as long as she is making great improvements, then Emily and I don't have a case.

The two of us came up with the most perfect idea to get Anissa back, and to prove to the courts that Batista can't handle Anissa any better then we did. He made us look bad, so we will make him look even worse. We will bring out the real Anissa, not the one who is playing sweet for daddy. 

Batista will get so sick of the defiant little shit(the Anissa we had to deal with), and voluntarily give her back, or Anissa will see that money isn't everything and come back on her own(with a little help from Emily and I).

We been planting ideas in Anissas head for a couple of weeks now. Letting her know that things have changed, and showing her how much fun it can be to live with us again. We also been giving her sob stories of how we can't afford things, and how we are in so much of a financial ruin. Anissa has started stealing items like, clothes, baby supplies, credit cards, and cash to help us out. I feel she owes us all this shit and more, from all the money we spent paying off her damn fines. She is helping us show dave though, how much of a thief she really is.

The only concern I had, was how we were going to let Dave find out the trouble Anissa was in, without bringing Emily and I down with her. Emily convinced Anissa to keep our money issues a secret from Dave, so he won't suspect that we have been receiving money from Anissa. Emily has also encouraged Anissa to steal things for herself, and not just for us, this way the two of us can act surprised when we are informed of Anissas stealing.

We waited a while, but it looks like things are finally working out in our favor. Batista called Emily yesterday, to let her know that Anissa took off, which was one of the things Batista used against us in court. He claimed he had her running under control, but now we have proof that he doesn't. He also found out that Anissa has been buying clothes, when she doesn't have any money. Emily let it slip that Anissa always has tons of money with her, but she thought Batista gave it to Anissa(this will prove, Dave doesn't have Anissas stealing under control either).

It seems like it's just a matter of time before Emily will be happy again, because Anissa will be back with us. I will be happy because we can collect a lot of money from Dave for child support, and with our new found wealth, my daughter can finally get the stuff that she deserves. As far as my feelings about Anissa living with us again, I feel with daddy out of the picture, the little brat will have no choice, but to respect what I say, because this time around, I will be in charge.
