I fly up on my feet and walk over to the window, trying to see if the guy is still there. Who the hell is he, and why do I feel like I keep seeing him everywhere?
"I'm pretty sure he is following us", I say, looking back at the couple. Kai just nods thoughtfully, and Hera starts whimpering a bit. I understand if she feels scared. It is pretty creepy that we have a supposed stalker. I look back out the window.
"I think we should sleep in shifts," I begin, and look back at Kai and Hera. "You know, in case he tries to come back." They both nod in agreement.
"Well, I'm probably the one who has slept most the last 24 hours," I begin, "so you just go ahead and sleep. I will keep an eye out, don't worry." Kai looks a bit skeptical at me.
"What are you going to do if he enters? I don't think he's human when you take his speed into consideration. I don't want to offend you, but you're only...". I cut him off.
"Yeah, yeah, I know I'm 'just' human, but I still have a mouth and vocal cords. I will wake you, obviously, if something happens." I try to sound like he is the stupid one here, but I know that he might be right. The dude could just cover my mouth, and I probably couldn't fight him off. Even if he was human. I should really start working out, tbh...
Kai just shrugs and lays down in the bed. Hera is about to jump up and join him, but I stop her.
"Excuse me? You are way too wet to be in the bed. I don't like wet sheets." She growls, but I just stare back at her. She might be a bit intimidating, but she is still my sister and not a wild beast with an irrational behavior pattern. She huffs and walks with heavy stomps over to the side of the bed facing the window and proceeds to throw herself down on the floor with a big thud. She makes sure to look up at me with hateful eyes one last time before closing them.
I just shake my head. I find the only chair in the room, which is cheap and uncomfortable. I place it in the corner so that I am able to watch over both doors and the window. I try to get comfortable on it, but that was quite an optimistic wish. I end up sitting sideways on it with my back up against the wall since that is more comfortable than the backrest.
It is only at the beginning of the afternoon, but we are all so exhausted, so when I look over to the bed, I am not surprised to see, that they are both deep asleep already.

About three hours have passed, and nothing exciting has happened. Well, I did learn that Kai snores like a wild beast. And in addition to that, I am also pleased to discover, that I have very high self-control when it comes to my desire for killing. Nothing is so bad that it isn't good for something, right?
I stand up, needing to shake my legs from sitting still for so long. I realize that I have to pee pretty badly. I walk over to Kai and shake his shoulder gently, but he just turns over while hitting his hand out after me in his sleep. I proceed to push Hera with my foot, but she just growls at me without opening her eyes. Fine, it will only take like 2 seconds for me to get done, and they really need their sleep, so I decide to just hurry up with my bathroom visit.
I walk through the door but decide to keep it open just in case something might happen. I pull down my pants (thanks strange cabin-dude for the kind donation <3) and sit down on the toilet. While I am peeing, I look over at the shower, and to my horror, I see that the floor is covered in dark-red wolf hair. I barely keep the lasagna down (again, thanks cabin-dude <3). I quickly wipe and flush, ready to look at literally anything else than the hair. I turn around to the sink but freeze in the middle of the action.
That fucking dude. I saw a glimpse of his face in the mirror. He was standing in the middle of the bedroom, and again his face was covered by a shadow, just like in my dream. I hurry out into the bedroom, without washing my hands. I look everywhere, but he isn't there. I also try to look out the window, but again, nothing. I walk back to the bathroom and wash my hands. I drink a bit of water because I might just be dehydrated. I hope that is the case, I think quietly to myself. I splash some scoops of water onto my face, trying to clear up my mind. The water splashes down the shirt, and I sigh frustrated. I begin to unbutton the shirt and pull it down my shoulders but stop suddenly.
In the mirror, I notice something weird on my shoulder. It looks like a fresh bite mark. I remember the warriors' assault from yesterday, but that bite had already healed, and this bite is a lot smaller as well. I touch around the wound trying out how sore it is. I sharply inhale through my teeth. Damn, that hurts. I turn my head trying to see it with my own eyes rather than through the mirror. I can only see half of it, and it is a little blurry this close to my face. What I do see though is rather weird. It looks very pale around the bitemark instead of red, as I suppose it should. I'm surprised I'm not bruised around the bite, because it felt like there had been quite the force behind the bite when I just touched it.
A question I hadn't even asked myself was how it had gotten there, and who had done it? I look up in the mirror once more, and again I see the guy. This time he isn't standing in the middle of the room, however. He is leaning down over Kai, so I quickly turn around and scream Kai's name to save him. But once I am looking directly at Kai, the guy is gone. Wtf...
Kai flies up from the bed, and I see Hera's head pop up from behind the bed as well, with her one remaining ear pointing straight up into the air. I shake my head and grab it with my hands. I'm feeling like I am going crazy. I put my left hand on the sink, as I feel like I am going to faint. It blackens before my eyes, and I feel my legs collapse, but I'm out before I hit the floor.
