"...and then I stuttered out how nice her face is."
Only thinking about her weird slip up earlier that day caused Jennie's cheeks to redden and the snort that sounded through the line didn't really help to ease her embarrassment. -"You're such a loser." Jennie could only imagine the massive grin that Claudia must be sporting in that moment. -"What happened then?"
"Nothing. I went into the living room, completely mortified, and as soon as Lisa came back out of the bathroom, Rosé dragged her out of the apartment." Jennie sighed, squeezed her eyes shut and rubbed her forehead. "Jisoo thankfully didn't say anything about it and neither did Rosé when she came back home."
Jennie had been so relieved when neither of them had addressed her about it. She really wouldn't have known what to say and she can just hope that Rosé and Jisoo wouldn't mention it tomorrow.
This weird feeling she got when she looked at Lisa, the massive pull she felt towards the other woman when she looked into her eyes and into her – really pretty – face, was definitely something completely new to her. She never felt that way towards anybody, especially not on the first meeting.
"Well, don't worry about it. It's not like you did something bad."
"Yeah, I know. But... 'she really looks like a real life Barbie'? Why did I say that? It just bubbled out of me. That was so stupid."
Claudia laughed at her sister's obvious embarrassment. -"Yeah. But hey, as long as she didn't tell that Lisa girl, you shouldn't be too concerned. Although it would be so funny if she would confront you about it."
Jennie released a loud groan at Claudia's words and threw her head back. "Rosé probably thinks I'm an idiot now." Jennie whined, pulling her blanket tighter around her body.
-"No, she doesn't. Don't worry so much, sis. She probably forgot about it already."

Meanwhile, only one room further down the hall, Rosé frowned and put the bridal magazine down, turning her body towards Jisoo. "Is Jennie gay too?"
Jisoo froze, knitting her eyebrows together and turning her eyes towards Rosé. "Uh... I don't think so? You don't think that just because of the comment about Lisa's features right?" Rosé raised her eyebrows and bit her lip, continuing to look at her fiancé with curiosity radiating out of every pore. Jisoo sighed and turned back to her phone. "I don't know. She was never interested in girls when were in school together."
"Huh." Rosé turned away and fixed her eyes on the wall across from their bed. "Maybe I'll ask her tomorrow." She mentioned casually.
"What!?" Rosé flinched at Jisoo's outburst and looked at her with wide eyes. Jisoo quickly put her phone down, "You can't just ask Jennie if she's gay."
"Why not?"
Jisoo pushed out a loud breath and shook her head. "You don't ask people if they're gay. It's not... not..." She fished for a fitting word, repeatedly opening and closing her mouth. "It's not the etiquette," she finally spluttered out. Rosé's mouth stood open as she looked at her fiancée for a few seconds before bursting out in laughter. "It's not the etiquette?"
"It's not! She might feel uncomfortable with you asking her. Especially since she only met you today."
Rosé slowly nodded and then shrugged her shoulders. "Well then, you ask her."
