I look around and I see trash. Buildings. Everything destroyed. And a big cloud.
"What is this place? Where am I? Who are you?" I ask
"This is The Void. That's Alioth and we are his lunch. Come on! " says older Loki pointing at the big angry cloud.
"I suggest we take a moment so I can ask several thousand questions." I say as we are walking to god knows where.
"We gotta keep moving so we don't die." Says older Loki
"Okay but what's your plan?" I ask
"Don't die." Says older Loki.
"Okay but beyond that?" I ask
"Don't die." He says again.
"That's not a plan. If you are all Loki's , you should always have a plan." I say
No one responds and I get stressed out.
"Will someone please explain to me what the hell is going on? Look it's been many many busy days or months? I don't know how long it's been since New York. All I know is I got pruned and I woke up here and now I'm surrounded by Variants of myself plus an alligator which is oddly strange. And know we are running from God knows who to God knows where. When I need to find my way back to the TVA." I say shouting.
Kid Loki then conjures a dagger and I fall to ground, completely intimidated by myself.
"Stop whining or you will bring Alioth to us." Says Kid Loki.
"You mean the big cloud monster in the sky?" I ask
He then takes my hand and bring me back up on my feet.
"This is the place where the TVA dumps its rubbish. Everything they prune. And Alioth, he makes sure none of it ever returns. " says kid Loki
Everything they prune. So that must mean Mobius is alive.
"So Mobius! He's alive!" I say happy.
"Who?" Asks kid Loki.
"Never mind. So Alioth what , eats everything or?" I ask
"It's a living tempest that consumes matter and energy." Says boastful Loki.
"We're in shark tank. Alioth is the shark." Says older Loki.
The alligator growls.
"Oh there is no such thing as an alligator tank. Besides it's a better metaphor. He's sensitive just like the rest of us." Says older Loki.
"Quick question why are there so many of us." I ask
"Because us Lokis, we survive. That's what we do. And we love causing nexus events." says older Loki
"Great, so how do we escape?" I ask
"We don't. All of us were arrested and pruned by the TVA , just like you. And just like you, we all made stupid plans that lead nowhere." Says older Loki
"Ever thought of using a tempad." I ask
"Oh yes, the one thing that could get us out of here. They're all over the place, right guys?" Says boastful Loki
They all start laughing.
"Fine! What about causing a nexus event?" I ask
"That's useless here. " says boastful Loki.
"There has to be something we can do." I say
"There is. Survive. That's all there is. All there ever was. " says older Loki.
