"WAHH! Sorry for barging in!" Kalim shouts. Azul and the twins rush into the room and find you staring down Kalim, wearing your work dress. You take off your headphones, and the boys can faintly hear loud rock music coming from them.
"Azul? What the hell are you doing here? How did you get in? Oh god... don't tell me you copied my keys!"
"Actually we... we..."
"We broke the door down," Floyd finishes for Azul. You jump out of bed to confront the trespassers.
"You WHAT?" You slowly approach the boys like a cougar stalking its prey.
"We'll pay to fix it! We'll get you a better lock! Why weren't you answering us? We thought something happened," Azul nervously explains. You're still in position to pounce on him. Your right leg sticks out through the long slit in your dress.
"What happens to me is none of your concern. I didn't answer because I don't want to talk to you," your voice is a low growl.
"Are you quitting then?" Azul's voice has a faint pain to it. You relax your position.
"I don't know," is the only answer you have.
"Y/n... why are you in your dress then..?" Jade asks. You clench your fists at your side.
"I was debating coming in... I almost did, but once I got the dress on, my will kinda dissolved."
"Would you guys mind if I had a word with Y/n alone?" Azul asks his associates. The three confused men leave your room. You go back to sitting on your bed, crossing your legs.
"Azul... what exactly is your plan here?" Azul moves to stand in front of you, leaving enough distance that you don't feel towered over.
"Y/n, what would you do if you quit? We both know you need the money."
"Rather be destitute than lose the last shreds of my dignity," you say, staring at the ground. Azul makes a bold move and sits next to you on your bed.
"You got some nerve, my dude."
"I'm sorry about what happened. I should've done more to protect you," you can't tell if Azul is being sincere, but you relax your tensed up shoulders and sigh.
"There wasn't really anything you could do to prevent it..." you pause for a second. "Okay, every customer I dealt with before those guys was a prefect gentleman. The tips were really good. And as much as I hate to admit it, I've been enjoying hanging out with you and the Leech boys. But when those guys did that... it reminded me just how bad things can get if I'm alone at that campus. I hate losing a fight, Azul. I don't want to hang around somewhere where I'll be the weakest person. I'm... too used to fighting my own battles," you stare back at the floor, your expression unreadable.
"Y/n... do you want to know what happened to those guys after we got rid of them?" This lightens your mood a little. Your small laugh electrifies Azul's heart.
"Is it worth knowing?"
"Riddle... the prefect of Heartslabyul, his unique magic seals away the magic of others. Those guys can't use their magic until he lets them, and he's not giving it back anytime soon. He's also forced them to clean the dorm bathrooms for the rest of the year. And Leona kicked the two Savanaclaw kids out of the dorm, but not before kicking their asses. People are already shunning them for what they did, no one would partner with one of them in his alchemy class. Y/n, the whole school is on your side. If anyone tries to mess with you, they'll have an entire army of much stronger students go after them. And I'll be leading the army," Azul smiles softly at you. You laugh again.
"Azul... I really need to learn to accept help, don't I?"
"There's no merit in turning help down. My whole career is built on helping people."
"Your career is built on scamming idiots!" You're now howling with laughter, making Azul laugh a little too. You shut him right up when you sling an arm around his shoulder. "Tell ya what, I'll come back if you tell me what's in that vault of yours."
"D-deal..." Azul is blushing furiously from your touch.
"But first you have to replace my lock immediately!"
"We'll get right on it! We'll be back in an hour with a replacement," Azul gets up to leave so he can fulfill his promise.

Two hours later your lock is not only repaired, but significantly upgraded.
"We've added a security camera for the princess of paranoia!" You laugh at Azul's new nickname for you.
"I'll be surprised if it isn't stolen within the week, but I appreciate the thought."
"Azul, we should be leaving now," Jade reminds him. It's already dark out.
"Alright. Y/n, we'll be seeing you tomorrow, I trust?"
"You know, it's pretty late to be going that far. You can stay over if you want."
"EH?!?" All four guys shout in unison.
