Johnny and Mark were the last ones to be in the dining room. Jaehyun already went back to his home and Hyunjae is taking care of Haey inside her room. Johnny can't stop stirring the wine in his hand while Mark was sitting there, having his own thoughts.

If wasn't for this night, Johnny would not be thinking how important the girl was to his life. he never had a long mental breakdown inside his head because of one girl. the girl who kept them alive, after the people they needed left. after her parents passed away, the only thing they now depend on was themselves. now, the person they are depending on is slowly dying.

"what will you do, after this?" Mark finally spoke, taking the wine away from his hands and drinks it. "I don't know? I'm literally jobless right now.." he muttered with a soft laugh.

"you should finish your school and I will try to promote my rank.." Mark nodded at his words. "you should marry a lady who is rich also, maybe one of the daughters of a landlord." the younger told.

"I don't know, I never thought of marriage ever in my life.." he took the bottle of wine from the kid and stares at it blankly. "are you sure we'll be okay?" he shakes his head to the worried one.

"I don't think I would have the strength to lift us up," he manage not to make a tear left his eyes." I don't even know how Haey manages to take care of us..."

"then let's be more mature..." Mark answered. "I will graduate college and go back to our hometown to find a decent job.."

"maybe I should marry a daughter of a landlord."

....

"Where am I?" Haey's eyes wandered around the area. there were tall and nostalgic buildings there, the road was polished and she spotted three students getting out of a store, carrying snacks in their hands.

"hey!" she shouted to the three students. they all turned to look in her direction before they wave. "I thought we lost you!" the other one told, slapping Haey's shoulder.

"what do you mean by almost?"

"didn't you remember? you agreed to go with us?" a frown was placed on Haey's face, "I agreed? why would I?"

"because you did?" the other one affirmed. "of course, we'll introduce ourselves first." the oldest spoke before stretching out her hand to Haey.

"I'm the oldest, Lin. this is Chaelin," she pointed at the girl on the left," and this is Kila." she pointed at the girl on the right.

"h-hi..." Haey told with a hint of confusion and hesitation in her voice. "I am Haey, nice to meet you." she greeted nicely and shakes the latter's hand.

"C'mon let's go!" Chaelin exclaimed excitedly before pulling Haey beside her. "before that, we should change your outfit.." Kila stopped them both and pointed to the gown Haey is wearing.

"Why?" they all laughed except Chaelin and Haey. "you don't want to get embarrassed, right?" she nodded, doubting.

"then let's go to my apartment, we're gonna fix you."

It was too late to reject the offer since before Haey could even debate, she was already pulled inside a car. her eyes would roam around the vehicle, touching every corner with full of amusement on her eyes.

"your eyes are sparkling, it's like a galaxy." she smiled shyly to Chaelin's lovely compliment. "thank you, I got it from my father. he has beautiful eyes." both lass giggle.

Chaelin can't even get her eyes off the lass. she was gorgeous and slaying that outfit. she looks like someone from the late centuries.

Haey felt a familiar feeling striking her when Chaelin's eyes were looking at hers. the stare, the car, the presence, and the people inside were so familiar and strange for some reasons.

her heart was telling this was a life she use to have. but it can't be, this is the future. she lives in the past but her dreams keep on bringing her in this time. what could it be? what is the reason?

all these years, Lin prayed for the fast recovery of her friend: Bae Haeyoun. she was the happiest girl she met. her smiles won't stop, even if she's in times of pain and emptiness. After Lin saw Haey in an article earlier this morning, her heart was full of hope. from the features to the personality, it was too similar. Haey was similar to her lovely friend who was suffering from a heart disease.
