Our Last Waltz

CHAPTER 21

In the Year 2016

Lin and the other two walks together inside their school campus, many students were already on the field, playing and talking to the others. she really finds it oddly disgusting and mysterious how it is so early in the morning and there are already students playing soccer and others laying in the green grass.

she shrugs those thoughts off and immediately switched to the incident they encountered yesterday: Haey. she was the lass who was completely similar to her friend, Haeyoun.

it still bothers her mind and even the other two lass beside her could see it from her eyes. she was grimacing every minute and would shake her head often. it definitely took their both attention.

"what's bugging you, lassie?" Chaelin told in a teasing manner, copying the accent Haey has. Lin snapped out of her thoughts and turns around to see they were already infront of their classroom.

"something is wrong with your accent, Ahn Chaelin." Kila replied, sort of mocking Haey's accent as they both snicker from behind. Lin looks at them in a disgust manner before calling them out, "would you two stop." then a sighed came out of her lips.

the three lass walks inside the room that was already occupied by different voices and laughs. Lin also didn't know why it bothered her the most when mostly she would just ignore it all and sits down on her seat.

both Kila and Chaelin looks at each other before glancing over the elder infront of them. just by looking behind, they could already see and feel the anger she feels and did nothing but also affect their both atmosphere.

"did something happened to both Lin and that lassie we met yesterday?" Kila leaned to whispering those words to Chaelin's ears, preventing Lin from hearing it. the younger one shrugs, "i can't tell, it's just must be the weather today."

they both nod in agreement with a pout. it was really hard for them to soften the atmosphere when it was the eldest who is mad. it would take them weeks sometimes. however, if they continuously feel her unusual mood for a week, it could be something she is hardly contemplating about but avoid sharing it with them.

"do you want to skip school, this time?" Lin suddenly looks behind the two with those sick smiles. they got baffled by the sudden request but immediately nodded since it was already something they usually do after their friend, Haeyoun, who got hospitalized.

"i think it is really rare for me to ask this but," Chaelin catches up to the elder infront of them, her hands gripping tightly on her leather bag while her teeth bites her bottom lip.

"what is it?" after seeing those small smile creeping slowly on Lin's face, she immediately got the courage to ask. "what's bothering you, Lin? I'm feeling it also includes us."

Lin's face immediately dropped as she halted her both feet. it made the two feel awkwardness rushing on their atmosphere as Lin starts to show her uncomfortable feeling. it then made the eldest laugh out loud, seeing them both flustered.

turns out, she was just playing with her friends' feelings.

"I'm kidding," she take out the last laugh before turning to see them both sulking already. "ofcourse you can, i thought you never asked." she added with a big smile.

"first, let us visit Haeyoun."

"Haeyoun." her mouth suddenly blurted out a word, barely audible. the lad sitting on a chair beside her bed looks up to her, raising his both eyebrows. "did you say something, love?"

"huh?" she tilted her head towards him in a cute manner which made his heart flutter, yet again for the millionth time. "oh, nothing." she softly gasped, putting her hand to cover her mouth.

"Should we go out? the weather today is beautiful. laying on the bed forever would not benifit something." he chuckled before standing up to take her hand, carefully helping her out of the bed.

"where should we go?" she asked the lad, smiling as she glance to see his perfect side profile with the sun being extra and shines brightly over his bare face.

the thoughts of the lass was already flooded with the thought of how pretty he turns out to be right now. she wanted to paint his face and never wanted to forget them, even in their other life. she would risk all she owns just for her to meet him again.

but if only she could pay the universe to reunite them again in the next life, she would definitely do it without thinking twice. even if it leads her to dying, she will risk all for the sake of their both relationship to last a lifetime.

"i hope you know how much i love you, Lee Jaehyun."

Hey guys, its me! i wanted to clarify something before I upload the upcoming chapters :D

today, our school will now be starting and I wanted to put time into my studies. I'll still be posting chapter until it ends but I hope you guys will be patient enough to wait for the updates :) I already made many chapters and they are still under editing, so there will be big chances I will be posting 3 chapters every time I have spare time.
