Kila was the first one to enter the room. she wore gloves and a mask, her shoe wrapped with a shoe cover, and use an isolation gown to cover her uniform. she looks at the girl lying unconsciously in the hospital bed, tears flowing down her both cheeks as she saw both eyes aew now opened.

it was a miracle for her and for the people inside the hospital. Haeyoun was known as the 19-year-old teenager who is asleep for more than 2 years. her body never moved an inch, she is monitored every time and get constant visit only during her visiting hours. seeing her awake after her 2 years in a coma was a piece of great news to all the people around her.

"Ki." those were the first words that came out of her lips as for her vision, it was still barely clear but her heart immediately recognize the latter. Kila cannot even mutter back a word. she was speechless and baffled at the same time.

"H-Haeyoun.." tears slipped out of her eyes continuously as she place a hand on her cheeks, feeling the cold and pale. "I missed you, Haeyoun." those words gave slight agony to the latter's heart; an emotion she never wanted to fade away because of how calming it felt.

not even a minute, three people walked inside including the doctor himself, wearing a proud smile. Haeyoun turns her eyes slowly to look at them and saw the faces she also missed seeing. her mother did not waste time and walks up to her awake daughter, and lets out a tear escape her eyes.

"Haeyoun, my dear.." she cried softly, hugging Kila rather than her own daughter as her hands rubs at her shoulders, feeling relief and joy. she can't even dare to touch her own daughter, for she also did not expect the news to come out. the news she barely was expecting amidst her busy schedule.

her brother, Jacob, was thinking it was all nonsense. even though he admits he felt like hugging her adoring sister, he cannot let himself do it. the joy he was feeling was unmeasurable. his love towards her could be as big as the Saturn.

"m-my family..." Haeyoun took all of her energy she has to blurt those words out from the back of her throat. it was a feeling of exultation. she never expected many people were relieved about her news. she could even spot her other two friends, outside, looking happy to see her again, smiling.

the brunette girl that use to be her partner in crime at school; who is built like a giant, but owns a soft heart; and lastly, the girl who showed her what it likes to have a true friend. Yi Lin. she was the girl.

though the doctor recommended not to make any sudden movements as it can affect her, she can't take it but to hold her friend's hand tightly. she reminisces all the times she had with the three lasses. she never forgets those memories, as they were all happy and enough to be remembered till their next life. they were her joy.

Haeyoun is a strong youth after all. she fought so hard, and it was all paid off. she felt those days were it was hopeless, but something came in the middle of her blank thoughts to open her eyes. she heard those voices. it was a male voice. who could it be?

his soft voice is familiar to her ears. it made her heart feel comfortable with the voice, to the point that she never wanted to open her eyes and just continue to listen to the soft voices lingering inside her blank thoughts. but, it made her realize the reality and let her eyes be open again.

"she will be okay, for now." the doctor left with a hopeless wish. a wish that his patient will recover and open her eyes, again. but the pain and sympathy he felt are two times harsh to what Hyunjae is feeling.

they were inevitable feelings. he wondered what did he made in his past life to feel this sorrow and hopeless feelings. he didn't know what to do next. when the only reason for his living is now resting, unconscious.

can he even help her current state? because, if he can then he won't doubt twice but to help her. however, the words of her own doctor would linger inside his head whenever he wanted to help her. the words that would leave many scars on his own heart.

"there's no time left and medicine to help her recover. death could arrive sooner than we expected, even if today's a great day."

today was a great day to her eyes, he remembered. everything in his thoughts was completely letting him drown to a miserable ending. the ending he did not expect to come this early.

Hyunjae always wanted to do stargazing and see shooting stars passing by with the woman she loves beside him. today was that lucky day to go and see shootings stars. that is why they were both beside a window earlier before the sudden incident. to look and watch the shooting stars and make some wishes.

but tonight, he just saw the stars from the glass window passing by, as tears flowing down his cheeks and the lass he wished to be with is laying down, suffering.

today was a day he never wanted to reminisce yet wanted to be remembered.
