Haey had her eyes opened the whole night. the candles were slowly melting, the wind won't stop from coming inside the opened window and the smell of the rain tickled her nose.

it is indeed pouring loudly outside, the sound of the droplets would always ring her heart. she did not saw a single body nor a soul coming walking inside the room. however, something occupied her head that made her feel uncomfortable to sleep, alone.

all those vogue dreams she had been encountering lately. she wondered why it felt they were all oddly connected: from the day the three lasses first walk to her dreams and so on. something was telling her those were not coincidences, however, they were all a message.

"Haey Suh.." the voice immediately made her flashback to reality. she turns her head, using all of her remaining energies. "Haey Suh, right here!"

she again turned around, looking where could be the source is coming from. "above you, Haey!" she looks up to the second floor of her room, thinking the figure might be in there.

"just kidding, I'm literally beside you dummy." she felt a weight sitting down on her bed. her eyes immediately bulged after seeing a lass-- Lin, beside her.

"you almost killed me!" Haey blurted out with heavy breaths coming out of her mouth. Lin shrugs, "well that's the reason why I'm here."

she got flustered by her sudden response and her face getting blank. she examines the latter's behavior: to the way she dresses, it seems like she was sort of a ghost. there were multiple scars on her arms, while there was dry blood on her own uniform...?

"Why are you dressed like that?" she exclaimed with a hint of dissatisfaction written down her face. Lin gave a small chuckle, giving Haey a weird feeling. "because I died. earlier, the hospital caught fire after you left. I tried to save Haeyoun who was left there and.. bang!" she exclaimed, exaggerating. "I didn't know she was already saved by someone and I end up dying inside, as a ceiling hit my head and all I saw is blank." she continues.

"but you should die faster so my friend, Haeyoun, can recover.." she answered. "what?- what are you talking about?"

"don't you get it, Haey? the world gave you a huge gift, that is you're able to see the future!" Lin again told between her awful laughs, "you are the one who is living in the past, stuck with many useless problems while half of your soul is already in the present, waiting for your death to come."

"half of your soul got stuck on Haeyoun's body because it didn't found its rightful owner, which is you. for all these years you were just here; still living in the past." her voice became more greedy and greedy to the point the anger was now visible on her eyes.

"I'm sorry but everything is now working fine, right now. I now do not own miserable life." Haey affirmed that made Lin shook her head intensely. "everything here will provide you nothing but pain!"

"I cannot leave all the people around here, Lin. they are the only ones who are close to my heart, the only people that give me a reason to live."

"many people are waiting for you there, Haey. here? happiness?" she coughed. "they will give you trauma, trouble and more more business that will never make you look like a human."

"I'm sorry, Lin.."

frustration. as it feels up Lin's head, it made her do a terrible plan. a terrible but satisfying plan. she was left with nothing but to kill and let her suffer. its like what they say, one man's meat is another man's poison. Lin will give anything for Haeyoun's safety, while Haey's so-called friends will suffer.

Lin lock her hands on Haey's neck, letting the latter suffer from lack of oxygen. Haey suffer faster than the world expected, for she was already sick and useless. Lin did not even wasted time but everything was scaring her, she was conscious of her wrongdoings. however, there is no backing out, she was bought here for a reason.

a reason to save someone's precious to her.

"Haey!Haey!" Hyunjae was the first one to approach inside the room. Lin's figure was out of his vision, she was only a ghost hiding behind Haey's life. he came to her, wrapping his hands around her embrace. "calm down, calm down. I am right here.." he pats her back, calming her down.

"Hyunjae, help me. please don't leave me alone, again." Hyunjae can't help but let a teardrop from his eyes. her words made him feel guilty about his decisions earlier. "I'm sorry, I will never leave you alone again."

the figure of Lin on her sight never left, she was still there looking frustrated about her plan not succeeding. Haey was witty to know the latter will never stop until she will die. that is why nothing can be done in her situation. it is either she dies in her hands or makes a useless fight.
