Watching the buys practice was fun. Kiyoko explained some of the things I would have to do as a manager. Mostly take notes on the player's strengths and weaknesses, sometimes do research on our opponents, advertise the club, and occasionally coordinate some events for the team.
Once practice ended, the boys finally realized my presence. Kiyoko called for their attention and introduced me.
"Guys, this is Y/n L/n. She's going to start being a manage for the team now." She said.
"Please take care of me." I bowed.
"Another beautiful goddess!" The guy with the buzz cut beamed, grabbing my hands.
I laughed awkwardly and pulled my hands away.
"Stop that, Tanaka." The captain said.
"Sorry about him." A silver haired guy apologized.
"It's fine." I smiled.
"GWAH! A new manager!" An orange haired boy beamed.
"Boke Hinata boke! Stop yelling!" His black haired companion scolded.
"She's just as pretty as Kiyoko." A short brunette said dreamily.
-after everyone introduce themselves because I'm lazy-
"It's nice to meet you all. I look forward to working with you." I smiled.
"Everyone ready? One, two..." Dachi counted down.
They all turned around and pointed to the back of their jerseys while smiling at me.
"Welcome to the team!" They beamed.
So frickin' cute! I was excited to work with the team. They got along so well. Though there a couple of little rivalries between friendships, it just added to the fact that this was more than a high school volleyball team. It was a family.
