After taking the third set and winning the match against Seijoh, we had lunch and a match against Nekoma. I wasn't there to see the boys take the third set though since I had to make lunch with the other managers.
"Why do we have to cook when we can just order takeout or something?" Yukie whined.
"I dunno. The coaches insisted on it though." Misaki shrugged.
"Come on ladies, let's not complain. It's the least we can do since the boys are practicing so hard." I smiled.
"I can't wait until we get to have our day off. Dealing with them every day is tiring." Kaori groaned.
"I couldn't agree more." Eri sighed.
I chuckled.
They weren't completely wrong though. Being a manager for the boys was basically babysitting. But they're still fun to be around and hang out with.

Once we finished lunch and served it to the boys, the seven of us went back into the kitchen to enjoy our food.
The coaches knew taking care of the boys was a handful and wanted to reward us, so they went and brought us takeout. They just didn't want the boys to find out so we were eating in the kitchen where they couldn't see us.
"This is so good." Yukie swooned.
"You say that about everything you eat." Kaori rolled her eyes.
"No. There was that one time when you practically burned the cookies." Yukie said defensively.
"You still ate three." Kairo said.
The rest of us giggled.
"I wish some of the other teams had managers though." Eri sighed.
"Yeah, it'd be nice to meet some new people." Yachi agreed. "Not that I don't like hanging out with you guys!" She added quickly.
"We know Yachi." I said reassuringly.
"But yeah, I guess that'd be nice." Kiyoko said.

It was after lunch and it was time for our practice match against Nekoma. I've never seen them play before and I don't think I knew anyone on the team so I got to meet new people.
When I walked into the gym with Yachi and the refilled water bottles, I saw two familiar faces on the other side of the net.
Kuroo and the pudding haired boy that Hinata seems to know.
"Do you see someone you like over there?" Yachi asked.
"Wha- what makes you think that?" I asked, blushing.
"I-I just thought- Wait, you're blushing!" She beamed.
"I'm not!" I said defensively.
"So who is it?" She asked, teasingly.
"I don't know his name." I said sheepishly.
"That's right. You haven't met Nekoma yet."
"Well, Kuroo talked to me outside when we got here, but other than that, I don't know anyone."
"Okay. Let's set these down and Kiyoko and I will introduce you." Yachi said, as she set down the water bottles.
"You mean now?" I asked as she walked over to where Kiyoko was standing by the bench.
"Yeah!"
"What are you two up to?" Kiyoko asked, seeing the excited look on Yachi's face.
"Y/n's attention seems to be captured by someone on the other side of the net." Yachi smirked.
"Yachi!" I hissed.
"Oh? Then we should introduce her to the team." Kiyoko said.
"That's what I said!" Yachi beamed.
"Alright, fine." I sighed, giving in.
With that, Yachi and Kiyoko pulled me over to where Nekoma was.
Geez, these two really don't let up, do they?
I chuckled softly at their excitement. Nekoma seemed to realize we were coming in their direction and Kuroo smirked. Yachi and Kiyoko stopped in front of the team.
"We meet again, chibi-chan." Kuroo said.
"For the last time, I'm not that short." I said with a small glare.
"Kuroo, stop being rude." A shorter boy said, making me look in his direction. "Sorry about him. He's pretty cocky. I'm Yaku Moriske."
"Yay! You have no idea how much I wanted to meet someone around my height!" I beamed, throwing my arms around him in a hug.
I pulled back to find him blushing.
"Hehe, sorry. I'm just excited." I smiled sheepishly.
"I-it's fine." He said.
"Ooooh~ Yaku's blushing~" A tall grey haired male teased.
Holy crap he's tall.
"Shut up Lev." Yaku said, roundhouse kicking Lev in his butt.
"Ow!" Lev yelped.
I stifled a laugh. The other team members introduced themselves. Kiyoko and Yachi left a little while ago to go and attend to our team.
"You're really nice, Y/n-san. I can't say the same about some people." Lev said, looking at Yaku, who sent Lev a small glare in return.
"Oh, thank you. But I'm sure Yaku means well." I smiled reassuringly.
"Exactly." Yaku agreed.
"What about me, chibi-chan?" Kuroo whined.
"What about you?" I asked.
"Kuroo, stop bothering her." Kenma said, focusing on the game he was playing.
I smiled softly at the pudding haired boy who was still staring at his switch.
"Well I have to get going. The game's starting soon. It was nice meeting you guys. Good luck." I said, waving over my shoulder as I walked over to our side of the court.
