-I WON'T TELL YOU-
Raven's POV
The bitterness of the whiskey runs down my throat, burning it as it went down my soul. I closed my eyes firmly as Karina's face came to my vision. Her actions yesterday still bothers me. Why did she act like that in front of them.
There's too much that I don't know and I'm getting uneasy about it.
Sipping on my ice cold whiskey, I sat back on my chair as I looked down at the busy streets. There's too much people down the street, some are working and some are just wandering around.
"I'll find out your secrets." I mumbled to myself while looking at Karina's picture on my phone. I took a stolen picture of her one time when she's spacing out. She's looking so fucking cute that I can't help but to sneak a shot of her picture.
"Fuck." I cursed as I glared at her picture. I know what I'm feeling but I shouldn't feel something like this to someone that I'm taking revenge to.
She put me to jail together with the two assholes and I'm gonna make sure they'll pay for what they did to me.Morning came and I don't even know how many hours I slept or did I even sleep. I stood up from my seat as I walked towards the bathroom only to be greeted by my fucked up state. I looked at myself on the mirror as I examined my face. I looked so fucking tired, my eyes have dark circles under them as I felt like my soul just flew away from my body because I don't have any energy to do anything today. Hell, I don't even want to go to work today but I have to.
Putting my outfit for the day, I didn't even bother to button the first three buttons of my shirt as I just hung my coat on my shoulder and let my tie be loose. As I said, I don't have any energy to do anything today.
I pulled up outside my hotel then walks inside, earning glances from the people but I didn't care. I'm the boss, I can do whatever I want and they've got nothing to say about it.
Walking around, I headed to where Karina is placed. I opened the kitchen door as the chefs and other staffs of the hotel looked at me in shocked. Looking around, I spotted Karina drinking water in the corner as my lips curled into a smirk.
"Come here." I whispered as she looked at me startled when I held her hand on mine. She didn't noticed me at all.
"W-what do you need?" She asked as she tried to escape my grasp but I tightened my hand around her hand before yanking her with me out of the kitchen.
"H-hey! R-Raven let go of me..where are you even taking me!?" Karina started to trash causing other people to turn their gazes on our direction making her drop her head on the floor then she shut up. That's right, don't cause a scene kitten.
I opened my office then pulled her inside with me. I let her go and she plops on the sofa with her arms crossed over her chest as she huffs in anger while I locked the door. This time, I'll make sure that no one interrupts us.
"What do you need?" She eyed me up and down before settling her eyes on my grey orbs, she gasped.
"W-what happened to you?" She asked, worry laced her voice but she tried it hard to cover but too late, it's still noticeable.
"Nothing." I mumbled then stood in front of her. My tired eyes traveled up and down her body as she scooted closer to the sofa as if it can hide her away from me.
"Nothing? You look like a zombie." Karina whispered as I chuckled at her words.
"First time seeing me like this?" I asked then crouch down to lever my eyes with her as she pouted her lips then nodded her head slowly.
