-HE'S FREE-
*5 years later of 19 years ago*
"Raven! Get the fucking here!" A tall guy with lots of tattoos called him out while he's sitting on one of the bench inside the jail. They're currently out and not in cell because they're doing some work.
"You need something?" Puffing his chest out, he stood right in front of the man with a shovel in hand.
This has been his life since they framed him up. At first he hardly adjusted inside. As a new comer, almost all the people there bullied and torture him to the point that he wished that he could've just died than coming here but then as the years passed by, Raven learned to be stronger. He maintained his toned and muscular body even though he's inside his cell. All the people that been making his life hellish inside became his allies but still, some of them didn't became his comrades, some became his enemies but Raven learned to fight back and as the years goes by, he became one of the most feared inside. But, of course Raven doesn't fight if someone doesn't starts it but if you messed with him, he'll make sure that you'll regret the day that you've been born.
"Yeah, Warden have something to tell you." The guy pointed at some direction as Raven nodded his head before walking passed the guy.

"You called me?" Raven peeked his head on the warden's door from outside before he completely came inside.
"Yeah, sit down." The warden gestures him to sit down on the chair in front of his desk as Raven quietly obligated.
Raven waited as the warden opened a folder in front of him, simply reading the files then finally looked up at Raven with a small smiles on his face.
"You've been acting disciplined inside and guess what, the upper had given you a parole." Raven's eyes widened a bit as he tried to sink in what's the warden has said to him as he gulped hard.
A parole? So is that means.. "So, I'm free?" Raven voiced out the remaining words of his thoughts as he looked at the warden to looked for something on his face if he's joking or not but the warden just looked at him seriously then stood up, handling him a paper and as Raven looked at it, his heart thumped loudly. They're really freeing him.
"I.. thank you so much!" He leaped at his seat as he bowed his head a bit before signing the papers of his freedom.

As the cold breeze of December greeted Raven. He can't help but to think back of the memories that he tried so hard to remove on his mind. The laughs, happy laughs they shared has been replaced with tears and fears and not to mention, rage.
"I'm.. finally free." He muttered to himself as he tightened his grip on the strap of his small back pack while looking up at the gloomy sky. Roads and trees are covered with white pile of snow. It's already December and he's free but how can he start again.
"Damn.. I should instead be thankful right now. I'll think of my future later.." Whispering to himself he then started to moved away from the jail's gate as he looked around him.
All of the memories of Karina in his mind started to flashback to him like a speeding car and he doesn't even have a chance to dodge it.
Her beautiful face, pinkish lips and her sweet smile. Their childhood.. their promise. Their fucking promise that she broke. Those memories made Raven scoffed in anger.

Getting out of the cab, Raven bent down on the window as he gave money to the driver. "Here. Thanks." He smiled as the driver just waved goodbye at him.
Walking to their old house, he noticed that it's already closed and not well maintained leaving him wondering what happened to all those years that he hasn't here.
"Mom..?" He called down, knocking three times on the door but no one opened it. Where was she? What happened to her? Raven's mind is full of questions and thoughts while still waiting for the door to opened and for someone to welcome him inside but as the time goes by, no one greeted him.
Feeling disappointed and sad, Raven started to step out at their porch when an old lady approached him.
"Are you.. Raven? Raven Sinclair?" She questioned him as she looked at him up and down as if recognizing him and at the same time seeking for an answer for her question.
"Yes..why?" Raven answered with hesitant voice as he face the old lady.
"Oh! Are you looking for your mother?" Her question made all of Raven's attention goes to her as he looked at her with surprised, mixed with hope and sadness.
