-RAVEN MONTGOMERY-
"Mom.." Raven muttered as he stared at her mother's name, written into a fancy style on her tombstone. His eyes were glassy as he clenched his fist tightly that it turned pale.
Closing his eyes, he remembered what the old lady told him.

"Oh! Are you looking for your mother?" The old lady asked as Raven stepped out of their porch and faced the old lady who haven't introduced herself yet.
"Yes.. do you somehow know where she is..uhm.." He trailed as the old lady smiled at him but her eyes looked so sad.
Bringing her hand to him, he looked at Raven as he accepted it then gave it a shake before the old lady muttered her name, "I'm Delia.. Delia Montgomery. I'm your mother's older sister."
Raven can't help but to let out a gasp as he looked at her for any resemblance but he found nothing. Nothing at all.
Stepping back a bit, he gulped hard before speaking, "That's.. that's impossible. My mom told us she doesn't have any family anymore."
"I'm not really her blood related sister. I mean, your mom.. my parents adopted her but for some reason she ran away because my parents forbid her relationship with your father. Raven.. I've been looking for you for so long and now that I've found you.. I'm so happy." Delia came closer to Raven with wide open arms as she embraced him in a warm hug and Raven almost sobbed in her arms. It's been a while since someone held him with so much love and care.
"I'm..happy too. I thought I'm all alone now.." he mumbled as he hugged her back tightly but then he remembered.
"Where's mom? Is she on your house now?" Delia looked at him with her eyes full of sadness and Raven can't help but to feel nervous. What happened? He thought as he looked at her, trying to search for an answer to his question and not so long after, Delia spoked up the words that made Raven more broken than before.
"She's dead.." She whispered so low that he almost didn't heard it but he did.
"W-what?" He stuttered as he looked at her in disbelief. It can't be. Not so soon.
"I'm sorry.." Delia rub his arm soothingly, trying to ease his pain as Raven's tears race down his cheeks and died down on the ground. She added, "She left something for you.", and with that, Delia handed a white envelope to him.
"Raven.. I'm sorry. I know I didn't became a good mother to you and I regretted it already. I'm so sorry for the things that I've said and done to you. I can understand if you can't forgive me anymore for what I've done to you but please believe me, I love you. I wish you were here so we can spend time with each other before I say goodbye permanently to you, my son. I'm so sorry..and I love you. Delia, my sister.. go with her, she'll gonna take good care of you. That's all, I hope you'll be okay Raven, my son."
÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷*end of flashback*
A tear slipped its way out of Raven's glassy grey orbs as it followed by another one. He can't help but to feel sad and hurt. He doesn't even had the chance to be with her mother in her last breath just because his hands have cuffs and he's in jail. All because of what they did to him.
As Raven remembered the way Karina explained her lies in front of many people without even looking at him straight in the eye made Raven furious.
"Mom.. don't worry, I'll get stronger from now on." He promised in front of her mother's grave as he let his tears fall down and dies on the green grass just beneath his feet.
Turning on his heel, he looked straight ahead as Delia is waiting for him inside her black car. She promised him to take care of him and he's happy that there's still someone that cares and loves him.
"You okay?" Delia asked as Raven nodded his head before entering on the back seat of the car.
"You want to eat or something first?" And again, she tried asking as Raven just nodded his head again but not before he remembered something.
"Uhm.. can we go back in our house first, I'm just gonna look for something." He muttered, looking in front as Delia smiled at him then gestured the driver to take the way to his address.
After an hour or two of driving, they've reached their old subdivision. Raven went out of the car before looking around until he spotted a familiar face.
Walking towards the old man, he stood in front of him as the old man looked at him with squinted eyes but then it widened as he recognized him.
"Raven? Holy.. I'm happy to see you again." The old man greeted as Raven smiled at him.
"Me too Fred." He spoke softly. Fred is the owner of the house that he used to paint to. He's nice even though Raven is late sometimes.
"Come inside–"
"Uhm no thanks, I just want to ask something." He looked at him and the old man nodded his head, patiently waiting for his question.
"Where's.." Raven paused as he cleared his throat before continuing again, "Where's the.. Collins?" He finally asked as the old guy spoke. "Oh the Collins? Well we don't know where they are now, after what happened they somehow move out in another place."
Raven felt disappointed and at the same time angry. He can't believe that after what happened they run away.
Patting Fred in the shoulder, he smiled at him. "Thanks Fred." He turned around but then he remembered, "By the way.. how about the Houston and Parker? I haven't seen them around.. do they somehow.." he trailed as Fred let out a chuckle.
"If you're talking about the Houston's son, well Jack is already studying abroad with Evan. That's all I know Raven I hope it helped you." Fred looked at him hopeful with a genuine smile on his lips as he pulled Raven for a tight fatherly hug.
"Thanks again Fred." Raven smiled back at him, "Well, I'll get going now." He said as Fred patted his shoulder before saying 'take care and good luck'.
"See you again soon Raven!" Fred shouts waving his hand in the air as Raven does the same while smiling before getting inside the car.
"Let's go?" Delia asked with a smile as Raven nodded his head.
The car was silent until Delia broke it, "By the way I'm taking you with me in our home town, New York." Raven looked at her with wide eyes as Delia added, "And from now on, You'll gonna call me Mom because you're my son now, Raven Montgomery."
