They looked around five houses already and none meet their standard. The price is not the problem, the house and the surrounding are not good enough for them, it didn't reach their expectations.

"We are sorry, you have no more on the list?" ask Sim a little bit disappointed and sympathy with the agent. They are being hard for him.

"It's okay Khun, I'm taking this is the first house to live together?" ask the agent politely.

"Yes. I'm sorry for making it hard for you" add Sim still feel guilty.

"it's okay, I understand. Both of you are married or will get married soon?" ask the agent, Tee is drinking water when he heard that, he almost chokes it.

"Oh! No khrub. I'm his future brother in law. His brother is my boyfriend" Sim laughs at that, all this time the agent mistaken their relationship

The agent apologise again, Tee laughs at that. He can't imagine being Sim's lover. They are not match together even though they share similarities and same interest.

"I have another place but it's not for rent, it's for sale. If you want to take a look at it. Its housing area but the house is not close together, it is more like English housing area. You have your two stories house with your own lawn, complete with fence. The security is tight, it's beautiful for my opinion" offers the agent.

Tee piques interest at that. He wants to see it, even though he can't ever afford it. Sim detects that Tee is curious about this place.

"If you have time we want to visit it" answer Sim politely.

"of course we can go. It's close from here, you will surprise when we enter the estate, you will not think that this is Bangkok because it full of trees. If I'm rich enough I want to buy it for my family"

"I can't wait to see it. If the place is incredible, why there are houses not bought yet?" ask Sim, it just a pure question, he wants to know why it's not sold yet?

"Because if you want to buy it, there are proposals needed. The owner of the estate will choose whoever he wants, even I don't know why it happened as I'm just a worker myself" the agent politely answer back.

Tee and Sim understand it and they just wait patiently for them to see house.

They enter a big beautiful gate that need an access card to pass through the gate. They are in love with the surrounding, it's calming and beautiful like in magical land. They drives take around five minutes, the agent show around while they passing the place.

"we are here"

Tee and Sim can't take their eyes off the place. The house indeed beautiful.

They look around the house and satisfied with everything in there, the lawn, the fence. Everything, he loves everything of it.

After 20 minutes walking around the house they decided to buy this one. Sim asks the agent to walk with him while Tee left alone to admires the house more. Tee is hooked to the house.

"I want to know how many houses left?" ask Sim secretly.

"four left" answer the agent.

"has another close to this one?" ask Sim more.

"yes, another five minutes walk from here"

"Good. I will take two of it, how much I need to pay for deposits?" ask Sim easily.

The agent are shocked, he is selling houses not ice cream where you can buy two because you want it.

"Sir, really? Are you sure?" ask the agent scared, what if he is scammed.
