Accidental Roommate

Tae waits for Godt patiently, he is a bit early from the promised time. He eats his fried rice that Tee made. He miss the normal taste on his tongue, he feels a lot refreshed and better than before.

"Tae! Sorry I'm late" Godt sits in front of Tae.

"I'm early. Order anything" Tae smiles and give the menu to Godt.

Godt scans it with his stomach growl loudly, both of them laugh at how how hungry it sound.

"sorry, I didn't eat anything since lunch"

"order as much as you want."

Godt without thinking much order anything that catch his attention, Tae must be paying for his meals. After done making order they engage in small talk.

Godt wants directly ask Tae about Tee and what Tae means by he will know once he see Tee. He hold it in first because Tae is trying to avoid about it right now.

"eat first Godt, we have a long discussion" Tae smirks knowing Godt is curious but he wants they to talk about it with less tense situation.

He hired an investigator to find out who is Tee's mother and from there lead to something unbelievable, it involves Godt too.

They enjoy their dinner talking about their business and old times it all good when the desert come out.

"here" Tae gives and old photo to Godt.
Godt can't see it because it is upside down, Tae trying to be mysterious.

Godt open it, he sees the picture.

"this is my father" said Godt, he knows his father's face when he was young, they kind of look like each other.

"and this is my father" Tae shows another old picture. Godt takes a look at it.

"our fathers are best friends right?" ask Tae to Godt.

"yes"

"look at this one" Tae shows a picture with three people on there, two men and one woman. Godt looks at it and glances at Tae.

"and this one" Tae shows the picture Dann showed him before.

Godt is speechless right now, his brain can't function correctly.

"I brought Tee to see my father, he knows Tee, he is shocked to see Tee there and he called Tee as his son. Everyone shocked with the news" Tae looks at Godt to make sure Godt is following his story. When he is sure Godt understand everything he continues.

"I don't believe it so I make DNA test with Tee, not matching at all. We are not brothers. I confronted my father and he admits he never cheated on my mother but insist saying Tee is still his son"

"Tyna Thanawat, Tee's mother's name. I found out three of them are friends. What I'm trying to say is, Tee might be your father's son"

Godt is stunned. Totally shocked that he almost has a heart attack. He can't process this story.

Tee might be  his brother?!

"I'm not sure but Tee doesn't know his father, Tee kind of, resembles your father. Right? You are shocked when you saw him right?" ask Tae to Godt.

"at a first glances, he does look like my father, in another version. I'm having headache with this news" Godt massages his head, all of this at once.

"I'm not sure about this but you can ask your father, the fastest way is you give me your sample and test it with Tee. To be honest, at this point I might be a scientist not a businessman" Tae sighs deeply after that.

DNA test all along makes him think he needs to be in the lab. Hearing that word alone makes him tired.

"I need to know fast, the test will be faster. I'm not in good relationship with my father lately, after he and my mother divorced I rarely see him" explains Godt.

He and his father never have a good relationship, he knows since he small that his father doesn't love him much, his mother married his father because he is rich. They were divorced because they want to be with someone else. The woman his father chose must be Tee's mother.

"what if Tee is your brother?" ask Tae to Godt, he wants to know how Godt will feel about it.

"I'm fine with it. It's good to have a sibling, a brother" Godt's answer is unexpected, Dann almost throw a table when he heard Tee might be his brother, can't accept their father cheat on his mother.

"But your mom married to a man that have kids right?" ask Tae when he remembered that Godt's mom already remarried.

"She married a rich man, his step kids has no relationship with me. I'm tired with my mom changing his husbands" sighs Godt.

They continue talking about their family, Tae and Godt are in similar situation, their families kind of broken. Both of them never get the love from a father figure.

"I'm actually excited to know if Tee is my brother. Maybe my father will be happy, he never happy" said Godt, he tried to be a good son but never catch his father's attention.

"How about your grandparents, will they be happy with this?"

"I honestly don't know. Today is tiring"

"We should go home and rest. I'm worried about Tee too. Give me your hair, I will ask my man to send it to the lab" asks Tae from Godt, not like he can pull out Godt's hair.

Godt takes a few strands of his hair and put into the zip lock bag prepared by Tae. Tae come here prepared with everything, he wants Godt's blood actually but to take it will be a crime.

They leave the restaurant, Tae packs two types of snack for Tee and Dann. They both already have dinner before he leaves the house.

He drives to the parking lot and rush to go home, he can't wait to see Tee and to see how is the condition of the injured hand. He can't inspect it yet, maybe they need to go to the hospital for proper check up.

He opens the door only to see Dann and Tee are focus doing their job in the laptop. First day of internship already make them this busy?

"Food!" cheers Dann first when he see Tae bring home food.

"go take plates" orders Tae and walk to the living room. He sits near Tee who is sitting on the floor. Dann follows Tae's order to bring the plates.

"let me see your hand" Tee shows his hand first, he wants Tee to put it on his hand. What Tae got is a frown from Tee.

"Now" Tae asks sternly. Tee huffs but put his  hand on the palm.

Tae looks for the wound, it doesn't look deep but Tee shouldn't expose it like that. At least Tee should put on bandages. Tae glances at Dann to ask Dann to take the plaster, Dann do it fast understand from the look only.

Tae applies the plasters and check every part to make sure he treat all the wound. Tee already let Tae has his way with his hand. When Tae is done Tee takes his hand away, it feels cold so suddenly, the warmth is gone.

"What are you guys doing? First day already got work to do?" ask Tae.

"we need to submit some online forms about the internship. It take a long time because the web keep collapse, students are fighting to log in" explains Dann while taking bites of chicken pop corn.

Tee nods his head agreeing with Dann, he is busy stuffing his mouth with the food.
