"Can't they reschedule the shoot?" I Asked, pouting in the process.

"No, they made it very clear that tomorrow is the deadline" my agent, Susan replied "the league starts in a week you know?"

I just sighed and took another bite of Mami's blueberry cheesecake. She made and had it sent specially for me, because she knows exactly how much I love it. When I was a child, I always forced her to make it for me so I could take it to school. She's just so good, and it contains less sugar so you can actually taste the cream cheese and blueberries as you should without their flavors being overshadowed by the sugar.

"What time tomorrow?" I Asked and sighed afterwards.

"Ask your assistant to check in with them, they didn't say a specific time in the message they sent me" she replied, to which I just nodded.

"I'll get going now, do call and let me know how everything goes okay? we have heavy mullions on the line here so I don't want to hear stories" She rambled as she picked her Michael kors bag and stood up from the couch, making me chuckle.

"Kai! Susie you too like money" I laughed.

"My dear, I cant kill myself" she shrugged, laughing as well "I'll see you soon, take care" and with that, she left the house.

Between Susie and Binta I don't know who loves money pass the other. Speaking of the devil, I hadn't spoken to Binta or any of my cousins for a very long time, and they didn't come visit me too, even my sisters, but that's understandable, Zarah, Najwa and Mariya were back to England for school, Inti and Farha were in Borno for a paternal cousin's wedding, while Binta was in Yola for the last stages of her Service, So Yeah, everyone was busy and caught up in their own world, which made it hard for us to connect, but I decided to change that by calling each one of them after i was done with my instagram Q&A session. I hadn't posted in so long, my followers probably thought I died or something.

Gaslighters are everywhere and trust me when I say, you won't see them coming, so you just have to be cautious and put your peace of mind, mental and emotional health above all and remember that Changed behavior is the only apology, otherwise it's just manipulation"

I posted it and moved on to the next question which said 'do you like meeting new people?'

"I used to love meeting new people, so so much, I was always excited to make new friends and all, but with all the rubbish I've been seeing recently, make everybody just get out! I'm getting older you know, and with each step I take, I realize new things that make me set new boundaries. The truth is that, not everyone deserves to be in your life, so like I said before, make them just get out!"
