Chapter 6

ROSÉ POV

"I think she still likes you."

I didn't know what's gotten into me but a minute or two of silence had passed and I voiced out my thoughts.

"Lisa, she's pretty. Why did you reject her?" there's no doubt that she's beautiful, she remind me of someone she looked like. "I told her I liked someone else." she shrugged.

"What a shame." I spoke in english, the atmosphere was once again filled with silence. Lisa trying so hard to tame me, holding my hands, kissing my cheeks, she even bought snacks to feed me. I kept my composure but everytime she does this things I felt butterflies and my heart beating fast.

"Chaeng-ah, I'm meeting my new kitten today, you want to come?" my eyes sparkled when I heard the word 'kitten' a smiled appeared on my lips.

"Fine," I said and Lisa looked liked she just won, I couldn't resist! I linked my arms to hers as a familiar black car came into the view. We stood up from the bench and made our way to the car.

Lisa willingly opened the door and signaling me to get in. "Why thank you!" I said in english while holding my hand against my chest. "Anything for you my lady," Lisa spoke with deep voice as she bowed to me.

The two oldest looking weirdly at us, while we looked weirdly at them. Weird girls.

"Chaeyoung! Come on! Let's meet Luca's daughter!" the thai girl shouted from downstairs. We linked hands as we walked through the house next door. Apparently, Luca here got his neighbor pregnant. Naughty Luca.

"Hello!" we greeted our neighbors as they invited us inside. There we saw a litter of cats that looked exactly like Luca. We squealed in excitement, our voices like mices as we pick up every kitten that wants our attention.

"Pick one to bring home," our neighbor said and one in particular caught our eye. She's very little and quiet, isolating herself to the corner of the box. "We want her!" Lisa pointed at the kitten.

"Hi baby!" I admired Lisa's side profile while she's baby talking to a kitten "What would be your name huh?" she asked the tiny kitten then looked at me "What?" I asked confused.

"Chaeyoung-ah, name her!" she demanded. I think of what might be a name that would suit her. "She's our only girl, I think I should name her after you. Lily!" she repeated the name over and over while looking at the cat.

"Ah! It suits her! Lily-ya! Hello!" we thanked the neighbor and decided to go to the nearest park.

"Chaeyoung-ah, do you realize that we're grandmas now?" how time flies! We let the small kitten run around the grass, keeping a close eye on Lily so she won't get lost.

"Lisa! Look! She found a playmate!" I said to Lisa when I saw Lily with another kitten. Lisa saw it too and captured the moment.

"Lisa, she'll need a playmate, I don't think Leo and Luca will play with them, they're old." I told Lisa because I also wanted to take the cat home, he looks so fluffy!

"Should we take him?" she stood up and went to the two kittens bending down and offering a hand looking to see if the cat is not wild. And it's not! He immediately snuggled to Lisa, she picked him up and brought it to me.

"Hello! Louis-ya!" the name accidentally slipped, it just suits him. We brought the two kittens home and introduced them to the pets.

"Don't eat Joohwangie, okay?" I sternly said to the cats who is now eyeing the small fish. We now have a fish, four dogs and four cats. It's a mess.

It's already dark and we all gathered downstairs unsure of what to do now that we're living together. The Kim's decided that they'll make kimchi fried rice, we helped a bit then Jisoo unnie scared Lisa away cause she burned the meat.
