10 months has passed since the accident...

2 months after the cheer competition, the cheerleader now got her ankles fully healed. We didn't won the competition due to the injuries but it doesn't matter when your friend is in pain.

"Jennie! Hang in there!" the president called out help from the clinic to bring out a wheelchair, they immediately rolled out a wheelchair then transferred the injured cheerleader, the president holding her hand all the time.

This situation I knew too well, just like the accident. Me screaming for help holding Lisa in my arms telling her to 'hang on'. I shook the flashback as I followed the two girls to the clinic.

"Lalisa, I'll be going home now. Leo needs extra attention." I sighed as I remember her favorite cat. I kissed her cheeks as I went out the hospital's premises getting tired of it already.

"Hey, you're not answering any of my texts...  thought I would wait for you here." Jungkook, the first one I saw when I left the hospital, him sitting at the curb of the hospital's street.

That's right, we have a tutoring session, "Uh— sorry, a lot on my mind right now." I pursed my lips as I try to walk faster.

"Hey, I understand, we can reschedule." he said while keeping up with my pace, not anymore talking.

"Thank you, Jeon Jungkook." I bowed to him when we arrived at the front of the house. I went inside seeing that the two oldest are in the living room sitting at the couch.

"Where is he?" I asked the two oldest as they point to the corner where the weak cat resides. "He's been waiting for you," they said rather sadly.

"Hello, smart boy." I pet him, he then let out a tiny meow letting me know that he appreciates me. I looked over his food bowl then frowned when I saw that it hasn't been touched.

I carried him to the room, laying him down on the comfort of my bed as I do my nightly routine.

The whole night I spend just looking and worrying about the weak Leo. The chubby cat is now slim and can't even get up properly without any help.

I laid him on my chest as I feel his shallow breaths letting me know he's still alive, I closed my eyes and tried to sleep without disturbing the sleeping cat.

I woke up as the sun shine hits my face I was now on my side facing the window, panic starts to kick in as I remember the weak Leo on my chest. I looked around my bed seeing no sign of him then I looked at the other bed.

"Oh Leo... how'd you get here?" I walked slowly to the cat surprised that he got himself here when he couldn't stand at all.

"Leo baby boy..." I kneeled in front of the cat, petting his head but something's wrong... he's cold. "Leo..." I started to cry. "Oh my God." I put my hands to my lips as I try to suppress my sob.

"Leo!" I cried even more harder as it sinks on me. "Mommy still hasn't seen you..." I held the cat closer to my heart as I let out my emotions.

He died at the comfort of Lisa's scent on her bed, he died finding his mommy and I couldn't do anything about it.

"I'm sorry... I haven't brought you to your mommy..." I sat at the corner of the room surrounded by Leo's brother and sister all looking at me like they knew.

"I'm sorry, I let you died like this..." I kept saying sorry as I cradled him on my arms
"You don't deserve this baby boy," I was now wiping furiously at my eyes, the tears doesn't seem like it was stopping anytime soon.

"Forgive me, Leo!" I screamed as I hit the back of my head to the wall behind me, getting mad at myself that I can't save him.

Then I heard the door open, "Oh no..." I looked up with my bloodshot eyes, seeing the two oldest looking at the cat in my arms.
