"Here is the thing, and I do not want to repeat myself.
Eris is a force to be reckoned with, you all should respect her and bow down to her, not question her. That goes for you as well, King Romanov." Zeus's tone was calm but there was a storm raging behind his eyes.

No one spoke, despite feeling disrespected, even Romanov had the decency to shut up, he might've been a king but he wasn't nowhere near a god. He knew there was nothing he could ever say that wouldn't cause his death and he valued his life quite a bit.

"Now I do know that Eris isn't the kind of person to go around expecting people to bow down at the sight of her, even though it's her right and I also do know that no one here knows what she is besides herself and I which I would like to remain that way. Nothing spoken here should ever be repeated to anyone outside of this circle. I am sure I made myself clear now." With those words, Zeus left, of course, lightning striking where he once stood.

The annoyance could be felt rolling off of Eris in waves so no one dared to speak, even though everyone had a lot of questions.
With a flick of her wrist, Eris made everyone leave her office. Her Beta and Gamma escorted the King and the group he brought with out of their borders while

Eris sat down on her chair and ran a hand through her hair, she had to do something, time was running out and she hated being rushed, only one person could ever help her and that was Hades but she knew she couldn't reach out to him, after all, she promised to return in 3 years which most likely would be cut short if she were to ask for his help.

She decided to go visit some other kingdoms in search for some unpaid debts which she could use right now.

There were quite a few kingdoms in her world, she had to make a plan, mark down all the places she will go to and all the people she will meet while also sharing the little time she has, it was quite chaotic.

She turned on her heels and headed to one of the drawers under her desk, she knew there was the map of all the kingdoms. Grabbing it, she walked to the middle of the room, sat down and spread the map down on the floor, it being so huge, the only place it could fully open on, was her floor and for her plan, she needed it fully opened.

She watched it unfold, searching for kingdoms already.

She could see the werewolf kingdom perfectly aligned in the middle, that was her starting point, she marked it down with a black pen and wrote "last" on it.
She turned her eyes slightly to the right, seeing the ocean kingdom, that was the first one she had to visit, Arnav, the King, was one of her old friends and she knew he would be excited to help her.
The next kingdom was the witches one, there was a problem with that one, the king of it despised her  but she still needed to talk to him which made her mark down his kingdom as one she would visit as well. She went through most of them, deciding which she would visit and which she wouldn't and after a few hours of deep consideration and a few emails , she made the deals of when and how she will meet the rulers of the kingdoms and wrote down on a piece of paper where she will be going for her Beta and Gamma to know and she went on her way.

The smell of ocean was overpowering, obviously, Eris noted that Arnav had upped his security since the last time she was there.

Interesting, she thought.

There was a strong looking male floating on top of the entrance to the Ocean's Kingdom, his striking eyes met hers and they turned slightly downwards. He nodded towards her and with one powerful hit of his spear, the water around them created an opening large enough for Eris to fall right through. She knew that Arnav had quite the entrance to his palace which made her shake her head in slight amusement. Every time she visited him, she preferred to stay on the beach or in the closest cave, she couldn't bother herself with going through the water but this time she knew she needed to be inside the palace.

Everyone's eyes fell on her, whenever someone falls through the circle of water, they break all the bones in their body because of the force and seeing her there, standing, as if she didn't have a care in the world, the people started whispering among themselves, all while thinking she couldn't hear them.

She shook her head in disappointment at their antics and made her way to the grand looking palace.

At the front, she could see Arnav's eyes bulging out of their sockets, his expression, while comical, lasted a mere few seconds before he was suddenly in front of her, staring in awe.

"Eris, my dear, I didn't take your email seriously, I thought Calysta was playing another joke one me, but look at you, standing right here, in front of me, who would've thought?" He was beaming to say the least. His lips curved up into a bright smile, showing his pearly whites.

Eris only nodded before pointing at her wrist, silently urging him to leave the pleasantries for later, she was on a time crunch and she couldn't chit chat, she had a lot of work to do.

His eyes widened, remembering exactly what the email said.

"Shit!"  One moment she was at the entrance, the next she was in his neat office.

"I have read the email and I do understand the reason why you would come all the way here to speak in person and Eris, my dear, you are a very good friend of mine so it is only accustom for me to help you but I didn't quite understand what you needed . The email was extremely vague and missed a few important points so please do enlighten me." His voice was soft and after speaking, he gave her a piece of paper to write on.

Eris merely nodded her head and wrote everything she needed down before handing him the paper, watching him closely.

She trusted him like a brother but when it came to her patch, she would never take a chance of infidelity from anyone.

She saw the way his eyes widened and his lips trembled.

What she was asking for, was extremely hard to hand out and she knew it but she also knew she could count on him.

"Eris, I hope you know what you are doing. I hope you understand the consequences of your action and I hope you are prepared for what's to come. I will do it but I am not sure how many of the other rules would agree with you, this is a power play not many would play into.
It is risky." Arnav's thought we're all over the place, he knew Eris could feel them but her nod was all he needed to know it would be okay.

He knew how many risks she would take for her to truly become what she needs to and he fully supported her but he was scared, scared of what will become of the world they live in. Her presence shouldn't have ever been there, he loved her but he knew she shouldn't have been there, in his time.

She had too much to give up on, too many dreams that she didn't have the chance to have.

Life wasn't fair, he decided.

He couldn't dar to pity her, even though he truly wanted to.

She was just a soul, like everyone else.

She didn't deserve to give up on everything for the sake of absolutely anyone else, not even the world.

He shook his head slightly.

"I hope you will have your peace one day, Eris." His voice trembled with emotions he found hard to hide.

He wished for a moment of peace for her but he knew.

He knew she would never have one.

She wasn't meant to.
