They were on the way to King Romanov's pack, the last few days passed in a blur for Eris. While training the warriors and handling pack business wasn't a hard task, it was still a handful and quite exhausting for her, seeing as her wolf was in constant need for blood and she had to battle her wolf side while dealing with everything else.

After leaving her Beta in charge for the time being, she gave him strict orders to mind link her if anything was to happen in her absence.

Being such a strong wolf meant she could mind link from anywhere around the world and only her Beta and Gamma were able to link her from so far as well.

Going to the meeting was a nuisance seeing as she didn't speak neither did she particularly enjoy being in a room full of Alphas, Eris knew this meeting wasn't going to be easy neither will it be useful to her.

Her self control in spite of being strong was almost at its limit and she didn't know how much she could take before bursting which wasn't something needed in the slightest at the meeting.

She decided to go in wolf form until around the first border to the king's territory while her Gamma and head warrior were taking a car because showing up in wolf form to the meeting wasn't respectful but she needed the run and she decided to send them by the car, when they were around the border, she would shift back to her human form and get in the car to continue her way there in it.

Almost reaching the northern border she decided to shift and wait for her companions.
While waiting for them she was on alert, listening to everything around her to make sure no one was close by and was attentive to all the scents around her to know how many people reached the perimeter already.

When the car arrived she signaled for the driver to get out and move to the passenger seat because she wanted to be the driver, seeing as she'll be stopped at least two times before reaching the gates to the palace she knew staying in the back or even the passengers side was only going to slow them down and she wanted to get this over and done with as fast as possible.

After going through all the inspections necessary to enter the King's grounds, Eris took a deep breath in before entering the golden gates and getting out of the car before waiting for her Gamma and head warrior to do so as well.

When they all got out of the vehicle, the driver took his seat again and left to go search for a place to park and wait for his superiors.

Eris entered the palace with her companions in tow, and headed toward the conference room which was seated in the eastern side of the castle, she knew this because she studied the castle's map when she was younger and she already knew the blueprint by heart.

She took another deep breath in before entering the room, only acknowledging the other present Alphas with a slight tilt of her head, her expressionless face was as cold as usual and she knew this was going to be important while listening to the other Alpha's because she was expected to keep her temper in check while dealing with all these overgrown toddlers.

When King Romanov entered the room, all the chatter got quite and everyone stood up, bowing while Alpha Eris only stood up out of respect but didn't bow, knowing she was superior to him she didn't feel the need to.

The King noticed this and was enraged by the fact that she didn't bow.

"State your pack, name and status." He said staring directly in her terracotta eyes.

Eris stared at him and didn't answer, she was sizing him up, watching for any type of threat in his posture which surprisingly wasn't present.

"I'm deeply sorry my King but she is Alpha Eris of the Crimson Shadow pack, she can't speak." Spoke Gamma Calysta while looking up, not in his eyes but around his face.

"Alpha Eris, I've heard many things about you and it is quite a pleasure to finally meet the infamous Crimson Shadow's Alpha. I'm rather intrigued, how is it that you are such a powerful Alpha yet you can't speak?" Asked King Romanov while staring at her but this time waiting for an answer from the Gamma.

"Alpha Eris earned her title by blood and sweat King Romanov, I can assure your highness that even if she can't speak, she's a well respected leader and still as strong as any other Alpha, a true Alpha doesn't need his voice to be heard and understood." Stated Gamma Calysta while standing straighter, not wanting her Alpha to ever be underestimated again. Not because she is scared for her Alpha but because she is terrified for the other people present in the room, she knew of her Alpha's wrath, seeing firsthand what The Silent Warrior could do.
