Chapter 15

Geb went straight to Nut's room.
He locked the door, then began to talk
" You know about my crimes, my greediness took control over me
I'm sorry, please forgive me and don't talk about it, and please don't say it to the people of this town, I'll be ridiculed."
"I won't forgive you! You killed our parents because of the throne, you were not patient. And when we got married you did not say anything about the murder. Assuming you did, I might have forgiven you." Nut replied
"Excuse me, please," She said
"No, please forgive me."
She pushed him away
Apophis came out from the wall and said
"Let's take her life"
"Get out!!!" Geb yelled

"Osiris, take this horse.
Let's start going," Nut said
Nut took two horses from the stable and told the guards not to tell the king about it.
When they got to Upper Egypt, Neithhotep was shocked to see Nut without her cloak
"What are you two doing here? Go before the king sees you"
"Who's that? And what do they want?" Menes asked before coming in
Nut knelt, and Osiris bowed down to the king.
Menes told them to have their seats
He told Neithhotep to excuse them
Nut cut in and said she should stay
"Oh ok, stay," Menes said
"Are you here to talk about the unification process too?" He asked
"Not at all king,
We're here to tell you about the atrocities that Geb committed" Nut let out
This stunned Neithhotep
"My brother can't do anything bad" Neithhotep disagreed
"You don't know your brother
He killed Shu and Tefnut because of the throne" Osiris cut in
"Aren't you Osiris? He can't do that without you" Menes said
"Osiris assisted him" Nut replied
"Then you deserve to be killed too" Menes replied back
"Yes, King
I realized my mistakes and promised to help by taking Geb's life but I can't do that because he's a king." Osiris admitted
"That's true"
Menes whispered to one of his guards
And stared at Nut and said
"My battalion will go to Lower Egypt and kill Geb.
Don't worry, we've rooms here,
Both of you can stay here until the battle is over"
Neithhotep asked a question
"Only Osiris helped Geb?"
"Not at all, Apophis helped him too" Nut replied
"Oh, that cunny idiot" Menes blurted.

The guards who stay at the boundary of lower Egypt came to Geb
And told him
That they saw troops coming in here 
Geb was alarmed
"Get your men too
And attack them"
The battle began,
The men of Lower Egypt had no weapons.
The troops used spears, swords to kill them and cut their heads off
This caused the deaths of most men in the town.
Apophis came to tell Geb about this
"Your men are dying"
Get out Apophis, It's none of your business" Geb replied
The troops reached the palace
Apophis tried to escape but he was caught
Geb saw all this
And took a sharp knife and stabbed himself.

The men of Upper Egypt went in and met Geb in his cold blood.
They took his body back to upper Egypt
Menes called the whole town together and sent some of his guards to bring the women and children of lower Egypt.
When they all assembled
He began to talk
" Greediness has caused the death of Geb, the king of Lower Egypt.
He killed his parents because of the throne, now he committed suicide."
The people were shocked to hear this.
He continued
"This is my decision
We'll now unify Egypt, we're one
I'll become the king of Egypt"
"What'll happen to Nut, the queen of lower Egypt?" Someone from the crowd asked
Menes placed his gaze on her and said
"I'll make her my second wife"
Nut obliged to this decision
The King of Egypt then dismissed the people
Egypt became peaceful.
Anytime, there was sickness in the land or problems
They go to the temple of Imhotep and get solutions.

What happened to Osiris and Apophis?
Osiris went back to the realm of the dead before he did that
He apologized to the people of Egypt
Then took the life of Apophis before leaving.
