On the tv played some boat scene, it sounded faint in the distance, as the huge figure's eyes scanned Ej.
He was terrified .
He had been caught.
Leo was beyond surprised to see such a small little person looking back at him.
He thought he had heard some type of rat.
Leo got easily frustrated as he started his math homework, so he got up to get a snack when he heard a squeak, he looked down and to see the little guy staring up at him with huge eyes of fear.
Leo had no idea what to do, how to handle the little guy at all. He seemed terrified of him, and the poor guy looked way younger than him too.
He was just a little kid.
Leo stared at the little one, as he started to gasp for air.
His eyes widened as he realized the child was having a panic attack.
Leo reached slowly and carefully for the kid. The child's body language was obviously visible as he started to shake.
Leo brought him up from under the dirty couch as he wiped him up. The boy shivered.
Leo shushed him, watching as the child breathing stayed uneven.
What was he even supposed to do to calm down this frantic child?!
