Scarlett POV:
So today is nova's first day of therapy. I can tell she's really nervous because she really never does well with people other then the cast and our little group. We are currently in the kitchen eating breakfast.

"Hey babe so I know you get anxious. So I want you to do something for me okay?" I say walking up to her wrapping my arms around her waist. She wraps her around my neck. "What's up mi amor" gosh I love this women. "Okay when your feeling anxious or feel as if she's getting mad because she doesn't believe you and you have a hard time breathing I want you to text me something that you will remember so you pick a word" I say to her she has the biggest smile on her face. "I can pick the word" she ask I nod. She squeals. Who knew someone would be so excited over a safe word.

"Dino" she says blankly. "Dino? Okay so whenever you need me to help you or communicate that somethings happening to me just text me or say Dino it's our own little safe word okay?" "Okay" she squeals she's the cutest. "I love you" she kisses me softly "I love you too" I says pulling back from the kiss. "Okay well let's go get ready so me can go." I say pulling her with me upstairs.

We are almost ready. I'm wearing some joggers and a sweatshirt because I know I'm gonna be on set. Nova is ready and she looks so beautiful in her outfit. She has on grey sweatpants with a white crop top and white Air Forces.

"Are you ready love" I ask her. "As ready as I'll ever be" I give her a quick peck on the lips. She smiles and pulls me in for a more passionate kiss. We leave and start driving. Nova's more quieter then usual. I put my hand on her thigh and gently caress it. "It's okay baby don't be nervous you will do great" she smiles at me and turns back to the widow. I continue driving with my hand still on her thigh. She starts playing with the rings on my fingers it usually helps her calm down.

We get there and she sits in the car for a minute. "Want me to come in with you" I ask. "No it's okay babe you have work and you could get caught my paparazzi" she says. "Okay I love you. You will be okay. Remember safe word if you feel something's going wrong. Ivy said she could pick you up because she wants to get food with you but if you want me to pick you up just text me." "Okay thank you I love you too" she gives me a quick peck on the lips and gets out of the car.

Nova POV:

I'm so nervous. My social anxiety is popping up right now. I'm usually fine when I'm with Scarlett but today is different I don't know what it is. I feel like this might turn out bad I just have a weird feeling in my gut I usually only get it when I feel as if something bad is gonna happen but I just have to push through it. When I walk in I go to the front desk. "She will be with you shortly" the lady says. I go and sit down. About ten minutes later "NOVA!" A lady calls. I get up and go with her. We go into her office. "Hi I'm Sophia" "hi" I say quietly still nervous. "Okay let's get started" she starts asking me questions about how I'm feeling and it was okay.

But then she started asking about my family and this is when I panicked a little. Every time I talk about my family I get horrible flashbacks and have an anxiety attack.  'you got this nova'

3rd person POV:

"Well I don't talk to my mom or dad. I moved here at 18 with my bestfriend. Umm about 6 months ago I got into a relationship. My anxiety has gotten a little better but also worse at the same time I don't know how to explain it but that's pretty much everything" you say. "May I ask why you don't speak to you parents" that's when you breath hitches. You palms get sweaty you breathing is unsteady but you don't want to be weak in front of her so you try to move passed it.

"Umm t-they abused me. A-and when I-i was 14 t-they let p-people take m-me and r-r**e me." You finish you feel your chest tighten you realize the session is almost over so you try to pull through. She can tell that triggered something so she tried to change the subject. "So who are you in a relationship with"
