"W-what?" Scarlett asked, making sure she heard you right. "I gave them the money" you say sitting up looking down. "Why love?" she says putting a finger under your chin gently lifting it so you're looking at her. " Because I want them to leave me- no us alone. I'm tired of them. I'm tired of everything they have put me and us through. I'm tired , Scarlett, I'm just so tired." you saying while sobbing. She comes up to you and pulls you into a tight embrace. You are sobbing into her shoulder.

A little while later you text Ivy and tell her you need to leave Montana and go back to Georgia. She asks why but you just say you will tell her later.

----------------------Time skip to 10 am the next morning---------------

You guys just got back about an hour ago since you didn't leave until 3am. You and Scarlett are sleeping cuddled up together. You still haven't told ivy even though she keeps asking. About 4 hours later you woke up. Scarlett is still sleeping. You gently move her arm off you and get up very carefully. You put your hair in a quick messy bun and go downstairs. You go to the kitchen and see Ivy standing there. "Hey" you say walking to the fridge getting the sunny-D then getting a glass.

"Hey" she says quietly, a little too quiet. You turn around a look at her with her eyebrows raised. "What's wrong" you asked "nothing" she says a little too sternly "Ivy you do understand i have known you for almost 15 years that means i know everything about you so whats up" you say. "Maybe its the fact that my best friend won't tell me why we came back from Montana at 3 IN THE MORNING" she says the last part a little louder. "I was gonna tell you" you say in a lower softer voice.

"WHEN WERE YOU GONNA TELL ME NOVA BEFORE OR AFTER YOU TOLD THE WHOLE FUCKEN WORLD" she yells. " Who pooped in your fucken coffee damn the only person i told was scarlett." "OH so your girlfriend of not even A YEAR gets to know before me" "yOUR SO OVER DRAMTIC DAMN I WAS GONNA FUCKEN TELL YOU. YOU WANNA KNOW IVY YOU REALLY DO. I GAVE THEM THE MONEY OK THERE YOU KNOW." you yell back kinda tired of her shit right now. I know she's just worried but she has a different way of showing it. " I gave them the money." you say. " NOVA YOU DIDN'T. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT." she asks, going from 0-100 real quick. " MAYBE I FUCKEN DID IT BECAUSE I'M TIRED OK I'M TIRED OF HAVING TO BE SCARED EVERY TIME SOMEONE TRIES TO GIVE ME A HIGHFIVE. OR MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I'M TIRED OF GETTING NIGHTMARE AFTER NIGHTMARE ABOUT GETTING RAPED OR ALMOST BEATEN TO DEATH. OR MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I WANT THEM OUT OF MY FUCKEN LIFE SO I CAN MARRY SCARLETT AND NOT BE A SCARE LITTLE BITCH ALL THE TIME. I DON'T WANT MY FUCKEN KIDS OR SCARLETT TO BE AROUND THAT SHIT. I WENT THROUGH IT FOR 18+ YEARS IVY. I ALMOST GOT KILLED IN FRONT OF THE LOVE OF MY LIFE. SO THERE, THERE YOU HAVE IT ARE YOU HAPPY" you turn around sobbing walking away but when you get close to the stairs you see Scarlett and Chris standing there shocked. "Great" you whisper under your breath. You grab your keys ''I'm going out i'll be back baby" you say still crying but making sure scarlett heard you. "I promise love, I'm okay, I just need time alone. I love you baby." "I love you too." you hear her whisper. With that you leave. You drive around not really knowing where you're going. It's about 8pm now. 'Damn i've been gone for 6 hours' you think to yourself.

You go back to the house. You open the door and it's dead silent. You go upstairs and you see Scarlett asleep. Your not really tired so your about to leave until "Baby?" you hear scarlett from the bed. "Hi princess. I'm sorry for waking you up" you whisper. "You didn't" she says, making grabby hands telling you she wants to cuddle. You go over there and she pulls you so your straddling her. "You okay love?" she asks. "Yeah i didn't mean to go off on her like that she just hit a deep spot" " i know love. She took it pretty hard after you left" "really?" you ask kinds feeling bad and she nods. You guys lay down and cuddle until you hear yelling downstairs.

You both get up quickly and open the door and hear. " No Chris, I fucked up big time. She will never forgive me. I have to find her." you both hear Ivy say. You run to the stairs. " no no ivy im here" you say getting to the bottom floor out of breath. You finally catch your breath. "Look im so-" 'no nova stop apologizing for things that are not your fault. I'm sorry for how I treated you. It was not my place to push you and that is my bad. And I understand why you did it" she says walking over to you pulling you into a hug. Still hugging she whispers "And I am so soo very proud of you for sticking up for yourself against them and especially me" "I love you ivy" you say pulling away. "I love you too 'supernova'" she says. You both smile at the nickname she gave you when you too first met.

Now you all are cuddled on the couch watching movies and laughing together.
