I gave Reed so many calls that she left in answered, I was getting nervous.
"Fuck pick up reed" I mumbled as I paced around my room
She finally answered, and I let out a sigh
"Reed where are you? Please come back, I'm sorry" I said in tears
"What?"
"I'm sorry just please come back"
"Jade why are you sorry?"
"I'm sorry Reed I didn't mean to say those things please, just come back."
"I'm not mad at you, I just don't want to hurt you"
"It doesn't matter! Reed just come back"
"Why would I do that if I can't even control myself infront of the people I love."
"I don't care we can work on it together please just come back."
"Fuck... fine"
The door was unlocked, and no one was home but me (Laura's mom picked up her, and g ma is on her way to the airport with my family) so she could just walk in
I sat on the bench in front of my bed, shaking my leg anxiously waiting for reed.
I waited for a couple minutes when I heard her walk up the stairs, once she walked in, I immediately embraced her tightly.
"Don't do hat again you had me worried sick" I said sobbing into her chest
She wrapped her arms around me right, and leaned her head on my shoulder.
We stood there here for only about 5 minutes, but it felt like hours in her arms. We eventually made our way to the bed, and sat on it.
"Jade why do you keep calling me back if I cause you this hurt?"
"Why would I give up on someone I love?"
"But why would you love someone who hurts you intentionally or not?"
"Because we can fix it together, I'm not giving up on us, I've been thinking about our future together since I met you."
"Why? I lied to you, I hurt you, and hurt you again, then I left you, and now I hurt you again, did you not see me earlier or yesterday?"
"I did, and it hurts but we can get through this together."
"Jade! I told you I've tried, but I can't! I can try, oh trust me I have, but it will never work." She said standing up.
"Then we'll find something else to do, I'm not giving up on us" I said standing up, and wrapped my arms around her neck. "It might take a while, or make us tired but we got this"
Her riled up face softened, and she hugged me back
"Fuck Jade I love you so much." She said and kissed my shoulder
I responded with a low "I love you too" and we laid back down.
I laid down on her chest, and wrapped my arm and leg around her. I placed my hand gently on the side of her neck, and caressed her jawline softly as she rubbed my back.
I took a deep relieved breath, and lowered my hand to her chest. I started counting down.
"Three... two... one..." I counted down just in time to see Laura burst through the door.
"Auntie weed!" She yelled
We laughed, cans pushed ourselves up as she jumped onto the bed with us.
