Shigaraki and Dabi were quite impatient for Shine to make her promised visit, and paused all PLA activity in the meantime, because they weren't sure what to expect of Hawks.

Skeptic reported to them that he had killed Nemoto, and had said it was for the League. Though he admitted there were some gaps in what he'd heard, but he put it down to location having poor reception.

Shigaraki would have liked to believe this indicated Hawks was truly on their side, but he didn't quite.

Actual it was the chance encout with Mirko that partly was making him dobut it still.

Mirkow as crazy, that much was clear, but there was no look in her eye of hiding something when she spoke. Her goals were insane, but they sounded sincere.

He wnas't h best at detecting lies, but he didn't think Hwask came off as so straightrowred when eh spoke, and the hidden camera thing, no matter how he claimed dit was ismply for his own security on the job, just didn't seem like something he should have neglected to mention.

They were very different people, but both were claiming to be ine with fowkrn with league for htiem goals.

PERh that Shien didn't turs Hawks, but di trust Mirko weighe in, though he kept telling hisemlf Shie'sn option didn' carry more weight than anyone else's, since she was still outside the official League.

Dabi on the oth erhand, con bought that Hawks was suspionc now and was sure Shine knew more about why, and since it ipssed him off that Hwks had slipped past him if that was true, he was hoping for a reveal that would make him feel better.

Due to all the drama at UA, Shien and Wlaly couln't make it back till a few days later, and the only wanring that they oul was  note that msyer appeared at the LOV's private quarters.

Finally, when they did, the core had been waiting for hours for them.

"Hey guys," Wally waved when they showed up. "knock knock."

"You know that saying it isn't hot same as acutla doni it?" Spinner said.

"Should we have gone with pizza delvier?" Shien snorted a laugh. "Bakugo ate with that joke."

"She told me about that," Shine had gotten a notiicino form Mirko afterward. "She said she couldn't pass up the chance to get more eintel on those and this is a quote 'weirda-- ninjas'." She read off her phone. "Aaron you aucl agree to it?"

"For now it's useulff," Shigank dnie hisemlf.

"I don't approv of it," Daib aid. "I don't trust he crazy hare anymore than Bird boy."

"Arne' you jstu and that she ruined your attack on Endeaovr?" Spinner asked.

"Shut it," Dabi frowned.

"Mirko is a little nuts," Shine couldn't argue that. "But she seems honest. I can work with honetst. On that tnote, it's been too long and we relay need to talk about Hawks. But before we tell you what we know, You must promise that you won't kill him under any circumstances--unless he starts it, I Suppose."

"I don't tlike ah't condiiont, youv'e nve r like him why should he be on your list?" Sghianrk objected at once.

"I know you don't like it," Shien said carefully. "but I've had days to think about this and my cons is that killing him would be a mistake. I have reasons. But if you will do it no matter what, just tell me now. You know my rule, we won't help you kill anyone."
