Faking Sarah's Death Part 6

By the time Sarah finished dying her hair, it was dinner time, but at least now her hair was different and new.

"Gellert?" She called out.

"Yes?" He shouted from downstairs.

"I've finished!"

"Come down and show us then."

Sarah left the bedroom and went down the stairs, Gellert and Mildred were stood in the kitchen.

"Wow, you look great!" Gellert told her.

Sarah didn't believe that he actually felt like that. She smiled and walked up to him. "Do you actually like it?"

"Yes, so much." He said while touching her hair.

"It's still wet so be carful."

"Master, do you think if you were to rub your hair on Sarah's then it would turn you pink? Mildred asked.

"Well, why not give it a try, Gellert." 

Sarah moved her head towards Gellert's.

"No, I like being blonde." Gellert said quickly while moving out of the way.

"Aw, but you'd look so pretty if you were pink." Sarah tried to persuade him.

"No, I am fine being blonde thank you. Anyway, me and Mildred finalised the whole plan, want to hear it?"

"Sure, let's sit down and chat about it, you too Mildred."

Mildred followed Sarah and Gellert into the living room to talk.

Once they all sat down Gellert began speaking, "So as far as I am aware, this will work. I will firstly need your current wand."

"For what?"

"To snap it in half."

"What for?"

"Well because it is evidence and because I'll need it to fake your death."

"Carry on."

"I will break it in half and use the bottom half of your wand to do a spell which will fail to work correctly which will make an explosion that will kill you."

"What spell?" Sarah asked.

"Avada Kedavra, I know it sounds bad, but It needs to be a killing curse to ensure you'd die from it."

"But I won't really be dying."

"I know, but we need to pretend. The spell will fail, so it will cause an explosion which won't effect you or Mildred as you'll both be in America by then. I'll quickly tell the Ministry about it and then go back to America to be with you."

"And the children, Gellert?"

"We will tell them once we are settled."

"So they will assume that their mother is dead for weeks before we tell them it was a prank?"

"Yeah, but I'll make sure it will be fine. I'll speak to them through letters in the meantime."

"Are you sure they'll be ok?"

"Yes, Sarah. Our kids are strong. Also, why didn't you tell me that Richard guy was a vampire?"

"Ooh, I'll go and set the table for dinner." Mildred said while leaving, she figured this was a more private conversation so she left the room.

"No reason, it just didn't seem important and seen as he is dead, it doesn't matter now does it-"

"It does because you let a monster like him in our house knowing what he was-"
