The Boat Kidnapping Part 23

The whole world went black. It was like everyone had their eyes closed. The only thing people could hear was Delphini's cries in the distance.

Richard was the first to wake up, he was on the floor in the middle of a large white room with 4 windows on the right hand side of it. Richard was laying on his front with his bottom in the air. Once his eyes opened he rolled forward and flat and then rolled onto his back. He was also dressed in all white now.

He then sat up a little and stared around the room at the remaining people, Professor McGonagall, Professor Ittle, Luzia and her mum, Sarah. All of which were still unconscious. Richard then rubbed his eyes and moved over to see if Professor McGonagall was alive or not due to her being quite old.

He crawled over to her and checked her pulse, it was faint, but still there. He knew that if they were back at school, he'd be able to help her, but now he had no idea where they were. He then checked on Professor Ittle and checked his pulse. His was a lot stronger than Professor McGonagall's, but that was expected seeing as he was much younger than she was. He too was wearing white clothes. McGonagall was wearing what she was wearing earlier which was her usual teacher robes. Richard then checked on Sarah. Sarah was still quite floppy- just how she was earlier. He knew that even if she woke up now, she would still be no help and she'd probably forget everything he'd tell her anyway so he tried his best to leave her as she was. Lastly, Richard checked on Luzia. Luzia was laying quite awkwardly on the floor of the big room. She was on her right side, curled up like a sleeping baby. Richard crawled up to her and stroked her hair, she didn't feel too hot or too cold, she seemed not very weak and quite aware despite still being unconscious. Richard kissed her hand and then stood up.

When he got up he felt a little wobbly. Part of his left leg almost buckled under him which made him trip a little, but he caught himself before he fell over. He then hobbled over to one of the 4 windows on the right wall of the room and he looked out of it. He saw a blue sky with a few clouds. He saw a couple seagulls flying overhead too, but he couldn't work out where he was. He couldn't have been still at Hogwarts, there are no seagulls at Hogwarts. He wondered if he was in his cave in Hogsmeade, but he also knew that seagulls wouldn't be there either. He scratched his chin and stared out of the window some more, he still couldn't work out where he was. He followed the 4 windows across the wall until he got to a white door with a circle window in it near the top centre of it. He pushed the handle down and the door opened outwards.

He was greeted with a bitter smell of the sea. It smelt salty and dirty. He took 4 steps forward and reached the edge of the machine he was on. He looked over the railing and saw the sea, it looked a mixture of blue, green and dark grey. Richard then knew that he was on a boat. But a boat to where? To England? To Antartica? To the United States Of America? He looked up and down the outside decking, but saw no one. He assumed this was something to do with Delphini and the fellow Death eaters, but he couldn't be sure. It could have been to do with Gellert Grindelwald, he suspiciously left right before this happened in McGonagall's office.

Richard decided to check on everyone else in the white room to see if they were all ok, he didn't want to leave any of them injured or anything. Richard opened the door with the circle window in it and entered the room again. It was much the same as before, nobody had woken up and nobody had made any sudden movements.

After staring at them all from the doorway of the room, Richard decided he'd sit by the door and oversee everyone to make sure they were ok. If anyone was to wake up now or soon, he'd be able to inform them quickly about the fact they were on a boat in the middle of the ocean.

It took many minutes before anyone woke up. The first to wake up was Sarah, surprisingly. Sarah was laying down on her back and she was now staring at the ceiling of the white room. She then turned her head to the left and stared at Richard who was sitting by the door.
