3 Awake Out Of 5 Part 24

Every so often, Richard would tickle Luzia's chin while she slept, but even that didn't wake her. 

He thought back to when Luzia and he first met in their Potions lesson. He wished he could transport Luzia back to that time 3 years ago. He wished he could some how bring Penelope and Benji back too. He looked over at Sarah and thought the same, Sarah really did deserve so much better. Her life had been horrible too, especially since she met Gellert Grindelwald.

"Hmmm." Luzia made a noise.

"Luzia? What is it?"

"I- not- I- help-." She tried to talk.

"Luzia, you're safe, it's ok. Only wake up if you feel like you can." Richard whispered to her.

"Mummy?"

"Your mum is asleep, I am Richard Villarreal, remember?"

"Hmm." Luzia reached her arm out and Richard grabbed her hand.

"You're ok, Luzia. I'm here."

Richard carefully rolled her onto her back and sniffed her. He couldn't smell anything that would mean she was seriously hurt, so he continued speaking to her.

"I'm cold."

"Really? I can help with that."

Richard took his white blazer off and laid it on Luzia. She snuggled into it and sighed. 

"Thank- thank you." She said.

"No problem."

Luzia went back to sleep for about 20 more minutes until she opened her eyes.

She sighed and  looked around while she laid on her back. She looked from side to side and across the ceiling. "Richard?" She rolled over and saw Richard sat near the door coughing. She then rolled onto her front and crawled over to him while saying his name, "Richard?"

Richard turned to her and hugged her. "Luzia, are you alright? Are you poorly?"

"Erm I don't think so." Luzia looked around the room and at the sleeping people around her. "Where are we?"

"That's the problem, I don't know. I can tell we are on a boat, but I'm not sure where or why?"

"On a boat?"

"Yes, follow me."

Richard got up and opened the white door. When he noticed that Luzia was struggling to find her feet, he picked her up and carried her outside onto the boat deck.

"Ew, what is that smell?"

"I think it's just the sea."

"Smells gross." Luzia said.

Richard put Luzia down when they got to the railings and he held her upright as they looked over the edge.

"What is happening? Where is my dad?"

"I don't know. I haven't seen him since we were in McGonagall's office while you, your mum and Delphini were in Hogsmeade."

Luzia turned her head over Richards right shoulder and saw the sleeping people in the white room. "Has anyone else in there woken up yet?"

"Just your mother, she seemed quite confused and tired so I let her go back to sleep to rest some more."

"Does she know where we are?"

"I didn't tell her anything, so no." Richard told Luzia while holding her tightly.

"Who else is in there?"
