A/N: It took me soooo long to get this done because there was no set topic, it was just supposed to be a poem. That's why I start out with something sorta random. Sorry in advance if it is a bit confusing.
I do not know what to compose about
I did have many good ideas to use
Yet none of them in my eyes do stand out
But oneEvery day outside there is a cat
Whether spotted, striped, swirled or plain
Whether in a tree or on a mat
There is always one near, though it refrains
From coming out to meet a stranger instead
But it has little time for visiting
For it must go to hunt, to lightly tread
To find and catch its meal, not for greeting
They tend to like not being seen sneaking
Keeping a watchful eye from their hideout
All the while inching and creeping
Coming to a halt when their prey looks about
Using its long tail to keep balance and wait
And pounce on the target, which meets its fate.
