"Yay! Look at you go! Oh my goodness!"

"Look at my baby go!"

The little girl giggles loudly at her daddies as they cheer her on.

"You're doing so good! I'm so proud of you!"

"She's just walking. I do that every day, where's my standing ovation?"

"Shut up, Steele, you're just mad because she doesn't like you."

"I didn't do anything to her! Why doesn't she like me?"

"Don't take it personally," Jacob says. "She doesn't like me either.

"Troye gives him a look making him sigh and turn his attention back to his daughter.

The blond looks back at her as well and grins as she grips his pant leg. He gasps lightly as she falls onto her butt.

"Uh oh!" Troye exclaims playfully.

Bailey giggles loudly making Troye chuckle, "Can you pull yourself up?"

A few moments pass before the young girl begins to whine at not being able to stand up.

"No, no," Troye smiles. "It's okay. You're still learning. Daddy's got ya."

Grabbing the man's fingers, Bailey stands up with the help of the elder's lift.

Picking her up and setting her in his lap, Troye holds her securely, "You want Papa to look after you today?"

"What?"

Troye looks at Jacob, "I have that interview, remember?"

"You're leaving me alone with her?"

"Well, Jacob, I can't take her. She'll get fussy for sitting too long, and I don't want her crawling around the restaurant. They definitely won't hire me if they think I allow her to roam free."

"But, Tro..." Jacob says nervously. "She doesn't like me. Every time I'm alone with her she just cries."

"Jacob, I don't have any other choice. Mom is working, Steele has practice, and Sage and Tyde are going to that concert. You're the only one who can watch her. It'll only be for an hour tops."

Jacob sighs softly.

"I know you're nervous, Jacob, and I know why, so I'm not saying this to make you feel bad at all. But you're her dad too. This isn't all me. We need to be a team. Spending time with her will get her to know you more so she won't be fussy around you."

"Are you sure?"

"I'm positive," Troye says grabbing his boyfriend's hand. "I love you."

"I love you," Jacob replies quietly. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be. I know why you're nervous, it's not your fault. But I know you can do it. I believe in you."

"Do you mind if we go with you?"

"Jacob-"

"Please? Just in case anything happens? I'll wear that vest thingy and carry her in that. We'll sit in a corner away from you and whoever's interviewing you."

"I guess. Just bring a bottle for her."

"Boop."

The couple look over at the soft whisper. They see Steele with her finger on Bailey's nose, her face scrunched up cutely at the new sensation on her face.

"What are you doing?"

"She was staring at me," Steele says, his finger not moving from the 9-month old's nose.

"So you boop her nose?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Why don't you like me?" Josh asks, taking his daughter from his boyfriend's hands.

"Jacob, stop."

"I'm just asking a question."

Troye rolls his eyes, "Go sit in the corner. I have to get the manager."

"Okay. I love you."

"I love you too."

The two share a kiss before Troye leans in toward Bailey, "And I love you, Baileypop. Muah!"

Bailey giggles as her nose is kissed. Troye chuckles, "I'll see you two in a bit. Go sit down."

Troye watches his two loves walk to a table in the back corner before walking himself to the front counter of the restaurant.
