Jisoo's POV

I woke up feeling slightly dizzy but I forced myself to be completely awake. I looked at my side and Jennie was still so deep in her sleep. I sighed and stood up carefully not wanting to wake up the sleeping monster.

I looked at the clock and it was just 5 in the morning. It was still too early. I wonder if it's only the two of us here in this house.

Some thoughts then came right in my mind. Can I really live together with her for the rest of my life? Do I really have to endure everything with her? I don't think I can. I can't live with her and let her control me over. I can't let my unborn child see what she does to me. I can't. I just can't.

I decided to walked down the stairs and I saw that the living room was a complete mess. Maybe she didn't hire housekeeper to clean this mess.

My eyes widened in realization, does this mean it is indeed only the two of us here? F*ck

I quickly ran for the door but I did forget to keep myself quiet. I then heard Jennie calling out for me.

"baby where are yo-- yah! come back here!" she yelled and ran towards me

Holy fu--

I ran as fast as I could until I was outside and so I head to the dark woods.

I darted around the trees and stumps in the ground, trying not to trip and fall.

The sharp rocks cut into my feet, causing me to stumble and slow my pace, but I continued on. I wasn't about to stop just because of some blood, although my feet were already getting sore from all the running, so it slowed me down a bit.

I continued to run for what seemed like forever. I took a small break after to catch my breath and access the damage on my feet.

I then heard a scream coming from far off and I knew it was Jennie.
"Jisoo!!"

I quickly scrambled to my feet and continued running, ignoring the pain growing in my feet and stomach.

I hold my stomach and rubbed it gently.
"hold on tight baby, we need to get away from your sick mother." I said to my unborn child while I was still running. I need to find a road around here.

I sprinted as fast as my legs could carry me, jumping and dodging all of the obstacles that popped up in my path. My stomach started to hurt more now, and I was having a hard time breathing but I continued to sprint. I was not going to stop and let this woman have her way with me. If she caught me, she would more likely to pull off punishment to me again so I wasn't going risk that.

"Jisoo!" Jennie called out again
"Get the f*ck back here!"

I turned my attention behind me to see how close she was, and luckily I couldn't see her. I still had a good distance on her, and I needed all the time I could get. I stumbled on a branch imbedding in the ground, tripping and smashing my knee on a rock. I screamed out in pain and hobbled back to my feet, sprinting as fast as I could. The pain in my knee grew more and more severe along with my stomach as I ran.

I then finally reached the road making me breath heavily.

"Help!" I cried out

"someone please help me!" I yelled helplessly into the passing cars but no one seemed to care.

I thought no one would ever try to help me but a car stopped infront of me and immediately opening the door for me.

"hop on!" The woman shouted and I quickly get in locking the door closed.

I then recognized the person.

"Lisa?" I was shocked to know that it was Lisa.

"But how?" I didn't know how she happened to ran to me perfectly on time.

"I was about to come to you and get you away from unnie secretly but I didn't know you would try to get away from her like this" She said very concerned seeing my state.

I was covered with scratches and my feet and knees were bleeding.

"Please just get me out of here!" I begged. She then quickly started the engine but before we could get away we heard an aggressive knock on the door.

"Get the f*ck out! Give me back my wife!" She yelled and I shivered in fear.

"Just let me go!" I yelled back and Jennie banged the door even more as if trying to break it.

"Get the f*cking out before I make you!" she yelled again. My body was shaking in pure fear. I need to get out of here.

"Lisa please! let's go!" I said in panic and Lisa nodded before stepping into the gas driving away.

I still heard Jennie cursed out and went away. I thought she gave me up but then not long after, we saw a car rushing towards us.

I should know that she was Jennie Kim, and she wouldn't give up easily.

My body was still shaking. I hold at my stomach protectively.

"don't worry baby, we'll get this over with" I whispered to my unborn child.

Lisa then turned her head to my side.
"Unnie, you're bleeding" she said in panic

"don't worry about me. Just focus yourself on the road. Jennie's tailing us." I said and she cursed.

"sh*t, she would never let go of this" She said and increased her speed.

I almost bump on the window at how fast our car was running but I saw that Jennie's car was into it too.

It seemed that Jennie won't let us get away as Lisa increased her speed and so do her. I was starting to get dizzy.

Suddenly, Jennie's car overtakes us at an extreme speed making Lisa push the break. Before we could even comprehend everything that happened, Jennie's car lost its control making it hit a tree causing a crash sound.
My hand started to shake as I saw Jennie's crashed car with smoke coming out from the front.

I saw Lisa's horrified face as she hurriedly went out of the car and ran towards Jennie's.
I wanted to follow Lisa but as I tried to open the car door, I felt a huge pain in my head making me stumbled back in the chair. Everything seems to be spinning around and after a few minutes, my vision turned black.
