I sat in the lounge chair, staring up at the ceiling. I let out a deep breath, playing with the end of my sleeves.

I've been waiting for hours "where are you?" I muttered to myself, looking up at the clock.

3PM

I let out another deep breath and ran my hand through my hair.

The sound of knocking broke the silence that echoed through the house.

"It's open" I called to the person on the other side

"That's dangerous you know, there are a lot of people who want to hurt you" my cousin, jake said. As he walked into the room, shutting the door behind him.

"Well there's a lot of people I want to hurt too, so we're even" I shrugged, standing up from the chair and walking over to him. "Did you bring it?" I asked Crossing my arms.

"Liam has it" he answered

"And where is Liam?" I asked raising my eyebrow.

"Right here" be said walking through the door.

"I don't remember saying you could come in" I challenged

"Well you want the gun don't you?" He asked mockingly.

"Whatever, let me see" I ordered holding my hand out.

"Here" he said handing it to me.

I tossed it In my hand a few times, making sure it was a good weight and size for me.

"Careful, it's loaded" Liam warned

"Li, I really think you underestimate me, I've held a gun plenty of times" I said "I'm not going to shoot you" I reassured mockingly "although if I do it won't be an accident" I added, a small smile making its way to my face. "Chill, I'm joking" I laughed, noticing the expression on his face.

"Bitch" he muttered under his breath

"Aww, I know you love me really" I teased, giving him a quick hug.

"Yeh, whatever. I'll see you guys tomorrow ok?" He said looking between jake and I.

I nodded softly, watching him walk out the door.
