MY POV:
I sucked in a sharp breath, wincing at the pain that shot through my hand as I ran my fingers over the blackening bruise.
"Fuck" I hissed, biting my bottom lip
I bounced my leg up an down in an attempt to distract myself from the tears that threatened to spill from my eyes.
"What the...." I muttered, quickly wiping my cheek and running my hand through my hair.
I sighed, pushing myself off the bed, rushing towards the mirror in the corner of the room, finally acknowledging the sharp sensation radiating from cheek.
I breathed out slowly, grazing my fingers over the swollen area.
That's attractive.
A knock on the door echoed through the room, causing me jump back in surprise.
Before I could say anything, jason emerged in the room.
I crossed my arms over my chest, frowning slightly
"What do you want?" I asked, trying to regain composure
"Can you not make this anymore difficult than it has to be?" He remarked, rubbing his hand over his face.
I scoffed, rolling my eyes and pushing past him.
"I havent finished speaking" I pointed out, grabbing my upper arm as I walked past.
"Well hey" I started, shrugging "there's a wall over there" I continued, nodding over to the wall. "Maybe you'll have more fun arguing with that" I added, flashing him a fake smile, pulling out of his grip.
"Nooo" he droned, wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me back.
"Get.off" I snapped, pushing his hands off me.
"Sweetheart c'mon...." he groaned, running his hand through his hair.
"What?" I challenged, raising my eyebrow.
"Look... I'm sorry....ok?" He admitted
"Woah hang on, did I just hear Jason McCann apologise. I Must be dreaming" I said bitterly.
"Just!....hear me out...please" he begged, grabbing my hand.
I stared up at him, the warmth from his body oddly relaxing.
I pulled my hand out from his grip.
"Fine. You have 10 minutes" I sighed, crossing my arms once again.
