JASON'S POV:
I glanced down at her, smirking at hiw peacefully she looked.
I sighed, turning my attention back to the road.
"You're never gonna forgive me for this" I said, a frown etching itself on my face. "But I'm doing it for you" I explained "to keep you safe" I added- looking down at her. Expecting a reaction.
She tossed in the seat, never waking up though.
"Just...hold on ok? I'll be out in 3 months. And then I'll explain. Everything. I promise Sweetheart." I ranted, my fists tighten on the wheel.
I looked over at her, yet again.
"This must be the quietest you've ever been" I joked, a smirk tugging at my lips. "I wish I knew what you were thinking" I admitted "and what you're dreaming" I added. As we got closer to the small town that she lived in, i made greater attempts to cover my face.
"I know you cant hear me..." I started "but I did it for you...the thing with your dad. I know you didn't believe me. But it's true. I heard that perverts thoughts. What he did to you! What he did to you're brothers. I lost it. I just wanted to protect you. Stop him from ever hurting you again." I ranted
I stopped the car outside her house; carrying her in my arms up to the porch. I focused on the house, trying to hear anyones thoughts. But nobody was there. I pushed the door open, walking up the stairs and into her room.
I gently placed her down, covering her with a blanket and sliding a note into a book on her nightstand.
"You're safe now" I whispered, before turning on my heel and leaving the house.
