I woke up to talking around the house, I was guessing that it was Anthony, Jazzy, Daveed and Emmy talking in the back but I wasn't sure. Today was going to be my first proper day of online school and I was not looking forward to it. I had turned my light on and was in the middle of checking my phone when I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in!" I shouted so whoever was there could hear me. Jazzy walked in and sat beside me on my bed.

"You ready for the first day of online school? We are all here to help you if you need, your parents went to your dad's office so they can focus without any distractions, so the four of us are looking after you today." She told me. "Daveed and I have some interviews about our new blind spotting show but Emmy and Anthony should be able to help you as much as they can, Ok?"

"Ok, that's cool, thanks for telling me." I wasn't sure what to say, it was normal for me to be left alone but I knew that online school would be hard to get through.

Jazzy gave me a quick hug and left the room. After that I got dressed and got some breakfast, I could hear Daveed and Jazzy on a zoom already and Emmy and Anthony were relaxing in the living room.

"Good morning, I'm gonna start my school stuff now." I wasn't sure why I decided to announce it but I did it anyway.

I went straight into my room and got my laptop and books out. Anthony came into my room soon after I started and sat quietly on my couch.

"Um, Hey, you good?" I asked him confused

"Oh, yeah. I had an idea, what if we do your schoolwork outside, like at the park next door or something like that, we would still be wearing masks and everything but it isn't that stuffy and it should help you concentrate." Anthony suggested.

"Yeah, that's a good idea but what about Daveed and Jazzy?" We couldn't just leave and not tell them where we are.

"We can text them, Emmy is getting the dogs on the leashes already and we have the picnic blanket. So come on, let's go!" I got up and put everything into my bag and carried it outside with us.

Once we got to the next-door park we put everything down on the picnic blanket and I got my laptop back out to keep going. It was nicer outside, Anthony and Emmy were talking about random things and it somehow helped me concentrate on school.

Around lunchtime, Daveed and Jazzy had joined us outside because it had become too late for interviews in the US. We ordered some pizza for lunch and I had gotten through a lot of my work, I wasn't sure if the others had anything to do or not but I didn't want to be a pain and take up so much of their time.

We were all sitting around outside for a few hours until I was finally done with my work at around 3:00 pm. "And, I am done, finally!" I announced happily, I was finished doing the work I missed doing yesterday and the work I was supposed to do today.

"Yay, well done Jess!" Emmy congratulated me, it seemed like it was taking forever, and I felt bad for them doing nothing all day.

"Yeah, that took way too long, sorry about that." I apologised to all of them.

"Hey, it's fine. It was my idea to get us all out here and it was fun still." Anthony reassured me while giving my hand a little squeeze.

"Thanks, I kinda just feel like I'm making your lives worse, like you guys literally could be doing anything you want and you're stuck here with me, and you didn't ask for any of this," I confessed.

I was on the verge of crying and I couldn't stop it. I felt so embarrassed by breaking down in front of them and that was making it worse. Jazzy pulled me over to where she was sitting and gave me a long hug, the others were joining in one by one until it was just a huge group hug, even my dogs joined in so they would get attention.
