. The halliwell sisters going back to early 17th century colonial virginia to insure the birth of a powerful witch, Melinda and stop a witch named ruth cobb from raising her evil.

When the elders had learnt that the triad had ordered Balthazar, a high level demon to travel back and stop the creation of the charmed ones and bring about a world full of evil, they'd immediately conjured a time portal in the halliwell home to send the sisters back, not knowing only three of the five sisters was present in the manor and that the predestined power of three was because they hadn't factored in the other two, y/n and paige, not being there.

Now apart from her middle [y/n] and youngest sister [paige] and stuck in the past, piper and her other sisters [prue and phoebe] worked against the clock to find a mortal woman named Charlotte, and help deliver her baby so future generations of wiccan women (and men) could protect earth's creation from ruth and the light she'd wished to pray on, and eventually snuff out, with evil.

After having rescued the mother of said child from the one whose inhibitions called for the end of all good and the uprising of pure evil and darkness, the sisters worked to make a protection circle with the tools they'd learned from Charlotte's coven leader and midwife, Eva, as Charlotte's contractions grew closer together (before they could get to eva).

Faced with the idea that one of them had to help bring a child into this world. piper, whose future as a mother had already been foreseen was voted to be the temporary midwife to the young mother, while the other two finished preparing the circle to protect against ruth and her fellow witch-hunters with earth's natural essence of magic (their powers not working as this was before they were born).

*****time skip.*****

Succeeding in the birth of the baby girl and the end to Ruth's unruly plan to bring about the dark ages, like no ones ever seen (An:would've seen🤨) they'd returned to the covens hideout to find that the elders hadn't materialized another portal to send them back, like they had hoped.

A mystery they soon learned was because charlottes newborn was not only the start of great good and light but the start of their wiccan line. Melinda Warren, their ancestor, whose powers they had inherited and whose namesake would become the glue to the halliwell family.

Y/n Melinda Halliwell.

*****bonus paragraphs*****

Too bad the sisters didn't have a chance to rectify the elders mistake and correct charlotte, when she told them she'll tell her daughter all about her 'three' powerful descendants, as they were sucked back to their time.

But good too, because it was with Melindas confession before her untimely death, of these three powerful witches, known as the charmed ones.

Future evils wouldn't ever be ready for the power of five.

Inspired by S3E4: All Halliwells Eve. Title inspired by That 90's Show. Hah, funny I have another called that 70s show. Could be apart of the same universe as my elemental series (ES). Phoenix Melinda, huh, got a ring to it.

And mind the contradictory paradox in the first (non-bold) paragraph, timetravel is so hard to write but I wanted to get the point across that 'The power of three' was because of a mistake the elders unknowingly let charlotte pass down to her daughter and had her speak of when she was burned at the stake. Might do an imagine of that episode. And mind the repetitiveness as I've said good and light and evil like a hundred times.

Gif not mine, made by littletonpace, I believe, from tumblr. Paragraph seperater made by me.
(W&P:03/08). Not proofread (well, none of them really are anyway haha).
