Imagine.... despite Faye's b*tching about those around her, the circle knows that's not how she feels about a particular member.
"You did magic by yourself?" Faye asked the newest circle member, jealousy seeping into her tone as she realized the blake girl didn't need the circle to harness her powers.
"It seemed like it." Cassie stammered, feeling the tension in the air. Worried what it could mean, for her, and the group.
"Has that happened to anyone else since you bound the circle?" Jake asked everyone, already having an idea what the answer's gonna be, given the looks on the their faces.
"I wouldn't be here with you guys, if I could do magic by myself." Faye replied. Her and everyone else, but the one that mattered most, secretly knowing that statement wasn't entirely true.
Them having suspected the girls' affections for you, since, before the circle's first inception.
