Its been a week since Hiccup started riding the bus. Its now Friday and Astrid literally forced him to have the others sleep over at his house. He was hesitant but he thought Tom would be too drunk to find the way to the house.

Hiccup is in his room, drawing in his journal, waiting for someone to come. They never said when they were coming but that doesn't bother him. It gives him time to think. Nothing important though. His head has seemed less crowded with thoughts. He doesn't know why but it doesn't matter.

He hears the doorbell ring and he stands up and walks downstairs to the door. He opens the door and sees Astrid, Ruffnut and Tuffnut.

"Hey Hiccup." Says Astrid he smiles and lets them in. He leads them to the basement where they will be staying for the night. On the right is a tan couch to the wall, bean bag chairs, coffee table, and a T.V. by the wall. He has an xbox but can't remember the last time he used it. there is also a door leading to the backyard. He has a swing set but he hasn't gone on it in forever. You can kinda guess why. The yard is really big. The is a porch leading to the sun-room.On the left side in the unfinished part of the basement but when Hiccup was younger and living with Tom, this is were he would hide from him, or if he was lucky, he would of been able to make it out the back door and ran to the cove. (A/N: His house is the same as the one in the dreams Astrid gets.)

"So, this is where we are sleeping tonight?" Asks Ruffnut, looking around. Hiccup nods.

"Where are Fishlegs and Snotlout?" Asks Hiccup.

"Their coming..." Says Astrid. They set their bags down and the go upstairs. They walk into the sun-room. They sit in the chairs in the sun-room. They talk then they hear the doorbell ring again. Hiccup gets up and sees Fishlegs and Snotlout. They greet each other and go back in the sun-room with the others. For once, Hiccup feels happy and care-free, talking with people, people that won't judge him.

They agree to go outside and they go to the swing set. Hiccup claims one of the three swings, but doesn't swing, just sits there. They continue talking then Astrid brings up an idea.

"We should go to the trampoline park tomorrow."

Everyone but Hiccup nods.

"Astrid. How am I supposed to do that when I have only one foot?"

"We will make it work."

"Wait. I thought you couldn't put a lot of pressure on it." Asks Fishlegs

"Well, I can but not for a really long period of time."

"That's not what I heard..." Snotlout mumbles.

"Yea, well its a good thing I don't listen or we wouldn't be going." Everyone laughs at his sarcastic comment.

Astrid looks at Hiccup and is glad to see that he is happy. Just wait til school on Monday.
