All Gone Differnt Ways. [Book 1]

Chapter 8

Hiccup walks to the door with the help of his crutches. When he enters the house, he is not surprised to be hit with the stench of alcohol. He is met with a very angry Uncle walking down the stairs.

"Where have you been?" He snaps. Hiccup is surprised that he isn't yelling. Not yet anyway.

"Hospital."

"Stop lying!"

"Who said I was?"

"What did you say?" Tom's face is red with anger. Hiccup doesn't care how loud he yells at him. It comes to what leads after it.

"Nothing." Hiccup mumbles hoping to be let out of this even though his luck is about 1%.

"Wall now!" He yells at Hiccup. Hiccup sadly knows what is coming.

CONFESSION TIME!

For eight years, Hiccup's life has been ruined by the one and only, Uncle Tom. You already know that. Tom doesn't just boss him around and call him worthless, but he abuses Hiccup. Yea. Shocker. No, it's not a shocker if you have been living with Tom for eight years.

At school, Hiccup would show up at school with bruises and cuts. People were rude to him for a different reason that Hiccup never understood why. They would make fun of him and said that he gets beat up by a 7 year old girl. Its true, if you think of Tom as a seven year old girl.

Hiccup hasn't told anyone. He has tried calling the cops but Tom would make up some excuse about him being bullied at school for how he looks. Nothing ever works out for Hiccup. He has not and never will have normal life. This is why Hiccup was looking forward to this last year of school. Not because now that has a better face look, (Does that even make sense?) but because he can get away from Tom once and for all.
