Pure Love

Chapter 2

This is Bryant Hamilton. There is nothing more to introduce about myself other than I love my family and only concentrated on studies and work. I don't really like to be involved in other stuff like parties and girls because both are so loud to me that I can't handle it. I just need peace of mind when I return from my work since I'm a doctor and heir of the Hamilton empire. I handle our family hospital that is Hamilton hospital and my younger brother handles the medical college. Yes, you guessed it right, my parents retired from the business and handed it over to us as soon as we finished our studies.

My day is very simple. I go to hospital, check the patients, attend the meeting at the end of the day to know the progress of the patients needed and the work of the people who work here. I get back home in the evening, spend time with family and that's it. Nothing special about my life more than that. Many people fear me because I am the boss and you know how girls are but I'm least interested in them so I'm a NGSB, hahah it's no girlfriend since birth, I donno whether this word exists or not but yes I really don't have a girlfriend. My only companion is my work.

Let me tell you guys about my family. My mom used to be a surgeon and her name is Gailyn Hamilton. My father used to take care of both medical college and the hospital after my grandpa retired and his name is Edbert Hamilton. I have a younger brother and his name is Issai Hamilton. Last but not the least because they are my favourite persons, my grandpa, Catgaul Hamilton and grandma, Maven Hamilton.

"Good morning everyone" I greeted as soon as I took a seat for breakfast. We have breakfast and dinner together. That is my grandpa's rule because 'a family that eats together stays together' that is what my grandpa told.

"Good morning" everyone greeted me back. "Hun, I heard that there is a new doctor joining today. Did you go through their profile?" my dad asked. "Yes dad, you heard it right. She has good grades and is fit for the position" I said. "Good" he said.

After breakfast I went to the hospital to attend a surgery. It took me almost a day to complete it as it is a very serious case. By the time I walked out I saw the patient's family waiting outside with hopeful eyes. "The surgery is successful" I said and saw how relieved they were. "Thank you doc" they said. "You can see the patient after he is shifted to the ward" I said and walked away as I'm tired from the long surgery. But before I made my way back to my cabin, my assistant came and told me that the new joinee is waiting for me, that is when I remembered about the new doctor.

I asked her to send the doctor to my cabin as I went in. I really feel exhausted and I have to deal with another thing, OMG!!!

I took a short nap in the meanwhile, I opened my eyes when I heard a knock on the door.
