I take my last suitcase from the cab with the help of the driver.

"Thank you, sir." I bow.

"You're welcome," he replies with a gentle smile, "That's a really nice building you're moving in." The kind driver gestures towards the construction in front of us. I take another look at my new home before nodding at his comment, agreeing with him.

This is a really nice building. I can't even believe I'm going to live here! It's like a dream come true.

Well, at least for me.

It's not a really expensive building, but it's not cheap either. However, what matters is that is in my budget. If I didn't make a shared contract with my housemate, I could never pay for it, though.

Oh my gosh. Anxiety builds up inside me. I haven't quite met my housemate yet. I only know her name; Jeon... something. I don't remember it very well, but she seemed to be a good person and she's paying half of the rent. That's all that matters to me.

"It is, isn't it?!" I say, not being able to hide my excitement. The driver chuckles at my overly excited self, nodding slightly.

"Have a good day, miss. Congrats for the apartment!" He grins and get back inside the car.

"Thank you, sir! You too!" I shout as he drives away.

Looking away from the street, I let my eyes fall over the building in front of me as a wide smile takes place on my lips.

I can't see any problem with this apartment, truly. I can even list the top three things about it!

1. It's cheap.

Who cares if it's shared? It's better than my old apartment and the rent was more expensive than this one. Ok, I lived alone. That may affect the price, I admit. But still, I was kind of felling a bit lonely anyway.

2. It's near my university.

I don't have to wake up two hours before college anymore. Thirty minutes will do! Can It get any better?!

Yes, It can.

3. It's an amazing building, it even has a pool!

This it's a more fancy area of the town compared to the one of my previous apartment. So, yes, it's in fact a very nice building. And I'm going to repeat this forever or at least until I find somewhere better to live. However, I'm already happy here.

It's simply an amazing place to live!

Even though it's a bit small... but for the price it's more than enough. Look at all those things it has on the common areas. Here another list: a Sub list.

1. It has a pool ( I already mentioned it but it's just so cool! I can swim whenever I want!)
2. A private gym. ( I can stay healthy with that! And I don't have to use the university one anymore.)
3. It has security in the entrance. (Yes, I'm even safer now.)
4. It has a playground. (Which is no use for me, though. I'm not a kid. But I can see cute kids playing. It's still a win win situation.)
