I enter the cafe's door. My eyes wader around looking for my brother. I smile widely when I spot him in a corner next to a big window, admiring the outside view. I walk towards him.

Yesterday Jin send me a message saying he wanted to meet me today. Honestly, I was a bit worried at first. And as if he sensed that, my brother said he just wanted to spend sometime with me once we haven't quite seen each other since he move into the city, so I felt more at ease.

"Brother," I say with a big smile as I reach his table. His eyes diverts from the window as he's now facing me, his smile mirroring mine. "Did I keep you waiting?"

"Not at all," he gestures for me to take a sit in front of him. "How's everything? Any news you want to share with your wonderfully handsome brother?" Jin wiggles his browns making me laugh.

"Huh, let me see." I put my hand on my chin, thinking. Well, pretending to do so. "No, my life is boring." I smile.

"I doubt so," he sends me a knowing look.

"Really, believe me," I smile shaking my head. "How's your life, big brother? Are you enjoying the erratic life of the city of Seoul?" I ask teasingly, though I truly want to know the answer.

"Pretty much," he answers with a grin. "I can say I was probably meant to be a boss." I snicker, seeing my reaction he speaks again. "No, really, ordering people around makes my day. My own minions. You should try it someday too."

I know he's actually joking around, but I decided not to end his fun. "Okay, we'll see after I graduate, if I have a chance."

"Oh, that reminds me of something!" He says, his eyes open a little wide as he does so.

"What is it?" I ask curiously, but Jin shakes his head along with his hand.

"Let's order something first. I'm starving," He makes a grimace and taps his belly. Causing me to laugh again. Jin has always known how to get a laugh, or a serie of them, from me.

We open the menu to take a look. Jin decides to get an ice mocha and a croissant, because he's feeling rich today (his words, not mine) and I get a strawberry milk frappuccino because it seemed really cute when I saw it on the display earlier.

A few minutes later our orders arrive, we thank the waiter as she goes away. Like a good sister, I wait for Jin to have the first bite of his croissant before I speak.

"You wanted to tell me something, didn't you?" I look at him, longing for an answer.

"Can't I finish my croissant first?" He sends me a cute look. I know he's teasing me, so I shake my head with a small smile playing on my lips.

"I'm an impatient being, Jin. You know that."

He smiles, "Of course, I do. That's why I brought you a present that will help you with that, only a bit though." I raise my browns. A present?

"A present?" I voice out my thoughts. My brother nods, smiling.

He signs for me to wait and takes an envelope from his workbag. Money? He put the envelope on the table and pushes it in my direction. I give him a wide-eyed look but his just smiles and mumbles: "Take it."

"Jin..."

He shakes his head, decided. He won't take the money back.

"I know about your dream, and I want you to know I'm here to support you, okay? I want you to follow your dreams, Y/n. Even if they seem to be so distant and far from your reach now, I believe in you."

He opens a sincere smile, looking directly at me before continuing, "And no matter what happens, good or bad, you can always come to me, Y/n. And I'll be here to support you." His words seem to be so truthful and honest that my eyes get teary at the end of his small speech.
